Value for money. Well managed room facilities with quality material. Prompt and cooperative staff and room service. Regular and apt cleaning. Hygienic lodging and dining. Fulfilling breakfast. Well located. Would like to choose for next visit.

Asif, Santosh and the team were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the service was good. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay at a location which is accessible. NIT JSR is near, good restaurants nearby, even the station is accessible.

The stay was very comfortable with nice dining and housekeeping experience...the staff were very cooperative and friendly.. absolutely loved by my little toddler.... Special thanks to Isac (reception staff) and Basanti (restaurant staff) for all your love and kindness.

Very good hotel which is centrally located. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel has restaurants available and the food was sumptuous. The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help, specially Isac ( reception) and Basanti ( restaurant).

Good hotel, food quality was good, both check-in and check-out was very smooth. Thanks to the front desk manager Mr. Isac, who also upgraded me against both of my bookings. Being at central of the city, location is very good. The rooftop open air restaurant is cherry on the top

Overall facilities are excellent! The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Express Check in at reception counter gave us surprise, nice professional! The hotel is environmentally friendly and sustainability practices are in use. Food at newly opened restaurant Republic of Noodles by Lemon tree was delicious. Love to come back again!

Everything from check in to check out was absolutely wonderful. It was nice food in the newly renovated restaurant Republic of Noodles. The courteous staff greeted us every time in the lobby and service in Restaurant was absolutely great. Everything was very fabulous. Thank you so much !

Excellent service with nicely presented food. Staff are well mannered and presentable, got the VIP treatment from them .We really enjoyed the food ***** with mocktails. Would like to come again & again. Highly recommend for stay and dining here. Kudos to all team members in this hotel.

i went to the restaurant slounge for lunch.Some players were having lunch from a buffet spread.we requested that we want to join the buffet and will pay whatever the charge is but they simply refused and took us to sit in a corner which is not very bright.we wanted to have continental food and they didn't have the menu for it.so initially they could have told us.but we waited for half an hour and the grilled chicken was half done and not tender,the mashed potato was not tasty very bland.The grilled fish was however fine.I will not come back to this place again
