Hotel is good & all hotel member behaviour are very good but some issues like no mineral water, no tea bag

The allotted room was dirty. Not cleaned at all. Bed sheets and pillow covers had not been changed after the previous occupant left. The floor and toilet were dirty. Has to get everything done under own supervision as there was no manager available at that time. The receptionist was helpful. Thereafter, the stay was comfortable.

Very pathetic no service at all rs - charged for 1 night. Very poor breakfast, no water in room. No bill for payment of rs - which was charged at the time of bookings. Only 1400- bill given.

Experience is bad, i arrived at late night. Hotel was closed, receptionist doesn't listen till you call manager. After that also, he was was telling me why you come so late. Facilities are poor, not maintained as per standard.

This property is pathetic in staff behaviour
cleanness of room nothing in place
restaurant like dark room not having sufficient housekeeping staff, front office old *** always speak lie about house keeping or room attendant availability. Just 1 attendant who is working in own style also telling property owner is mad. When i enter suit room that is full of dust all over in sofa bed and furnitures, it seems like this room 408 was closed for last 7 days. Front office old *** also abusing make my trip for giving room in 1765- to customer. This property is not for stay.

Bathroom was dirty, have to change the room at midnight. Room is not worthy as per price. Bed is also very normal cheap quality, and blanket also. It's price should be below 1500

The room size is good but service and food quality is terrible. There are mosquitoes and if you ask for a allout they'll say such services aren't available here. If you ask for wifi password after 10pm they'll say owner has slept so can't ask now. Customer service at its worst. That too after taking for a room which shouldn't have been more than Had go stay one night unfortunately since that day no other hotel in the city was available. immediately shifted out the next day. Hope this helps and you'll don't have such an experience.
