My experience at Radisson Blu Jammu was marred by a disappointing check-in encounter. Traveling with elderly parents and small children, I requested a brief delay in presenting our identity proofs as they were packed away in our luggage. However, the response from Mr. Kunal, the front desk staff member, was incredibly rude and lacking in empathy. Despite explaining our situation, Mr. Kunal was unwilling to accommodate our simple request and displayed a disappointing lack of courtesy. Feeling unheard and disrespected, I was left with no choice but to consider alternative accommodation options. It was disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially as a frequent traveler who values efficiency and understanding from hotel staff. Regrettably, this experience has soured my perception of Radisson Blu Jammu, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to others. The behavior exhibited by Mr. Kunal reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. As a result, I will be exploring other lodging options in the future, as my trust in Radisson has been significantly diminished.
