Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

Didnot gave the room key and hotel person came to open my room ,each time when I asked for room digital card which act as key they say will sent it to room as I call from phone of room service but they didn't ,very Unprofessional. I hope this not happen next time

No difference between delux and exicutive rooms, only room size different. Rest are okay. Best benifit only hotel is walkin distance. No tea cattle provide at room. Service are little slow. Need some improvement. Bus yaar aur kya ab apna resume likhu yaha

Property is amazing. 🏨 Great hospitality, excellent food, good service, polite staff, economic, location is at Jammu Tawi railway station therefore very easy accessible for break journey. Highly recommend. 👍👍 👍will give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in your hotel on 19.06.2024 night and when I went for breakfast on 20.06.2024 morning at 9 AM, all the vessels were empty. Even Fruits like Papaya and Watermelon were not there. Your Manager said that just now a group came and everything consumed. I think your food preparation is being done on the occupants in hotel and there should not be any surprises like mentioned by your manager. This is completely wastage of my money given for Breakfast.

Not a good option at this price.There’s no tap in bathroom and you cant get a bucket if you ask for.The rooms don’t have a cupboard and the rooms have a strange smell.The location is the only good point about this hotel.The hotel wifi also didn’t worked at first.We had to call again and again for the wifi to get fixed.

Conveniently located at the Jammu Railway station and it was a relief to check in at 3am. I had Poha for breakfast and liked it. The rooms were good and the toilets were clean. Recommended if you are on a business travel or reaching late at night by train.
