A hotel is in very good location, waking distance to shopping mall and restaurants, breakfast was perfect and staffs are amazing, they decorated our room and sang birthday song for my daughter. Special thanks to Gaby and all staff in JW Marriot Jakarta , for your kindness , we really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely back again soon.

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Located at the heart of Kemang, very convenient location. Many food around, restaurants on the 1st floor also very recommended, nice & chill ambiance. Will be back for the next Jakarta trip.

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

I was having great time during my stay at Ayana, the hotel was under renovation a bit but we still be able to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. They upgrade my room to studio suite which much bigger than my orginal booked room. The hotel has heater on the toilet bowl. Thank you Ayana. Just little note for muslim guess that Ayana buffet breakfast serve pork station at the corner of the restaurant, i was not aware until my last day.

When I checked in, the receptionist said that the room that I booked is on maintenance so they offered me the bigger room with bath tub. Say that I’m ungrateful but, this room didn’t have balcony and sea view meanwhile the room that I booked has balcony and sea view. That’s the reason I go to this hotel to see the sea. So it’s disappointing. The breakfast also bland and lack of variety.

Excellent service, comfortable room and the location is very strategic. The staff was really nice and helpful. Will come back Next yo..

The lobby has been renovated and gives a luxurious impression..the check-in process is fast and uncomplicated. The elevator needs to be updated and for the deluxe type it's a shame there's no hair dryer even though other brands at the 4-star level have provided hair dryers in the bathroom. for the room it's clean and has a modern interior..the TV isn't a smart TV yet..the AC can't be set to the temperature but for me it doesn't matter because the room is cool enough and comfortable. the breakfast choices aren't many and the taste is quite okay. The swimming pool is clean but there are very few chairs and there are some broken and loose tiles

I like the area, its quiet and at night you can just walk to find coffee and lots of street food. The hotel itself is just nice, not too busy, with many interesting spot for pictures. The service is great, all staff are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the rate is very reasonable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
