What I like about the Hotel is that,the Staff would recognize you and greet you by your name upon entering the hotel or restaurant for breakfast. Specifically chose this hotel for its bar and rooftop. Google says they’re open but apparently the bar has been closed for a while and the rooftop café only opens on weekends. I don’t mind that much since the area has more nightlife to offer but would appreciate it if they could update their availability on Google and Zomato. Also, the shower is too close to the wall and it’s unadjustable.

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

I like this room with its own kitchen. I stayed for four or five days. I can put the fruits I bought in the refrigerator and then I can simply cook. There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.

I stayed for five days on a business trip. The room is big enough and the location is suitable. It's not too far to go anywhere by taxi. The service response is also fast, and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Good breakfast options The spa is very recommended, there is a discount for going there during the day, and it is not too expensive in the hotel.

Outstanding service from the Front Desk Teams. Room was nice w/ amazing view from 10th floor. Rooftop was spacious area w/ Pool & Gym. Place is near to Citos & PIM Mall. Kuddos loves Mall. Breakfast was amazing & the food was very nice. Thank you for the service Mr soleh & Mas Raka. Definitely recommend for family & business trip.
