The location of the hotel is around RMB 10 from the scenic spot, and the best hotel near the old town is located in the surrounding area. The rooms are equipped with advanced equipment and electric curtains, which are consistent with Marriott's consistent quality. Breakfast is average and vegetarian. For me who do n’t want curry, I can only choose fried eggs and grilled sausages. The cleanliness of the basin in the room is not good. There will be a roar of the machine from time to time at bedtime. When asked at the front desk, my husband explained that it was the sound of a generator.

My running group went for a marathon (The Border) and I have booked 8 Deluxe rooms. Clean and hygiene rooms with yummy food. We even booked the tent stay through them and got such a good deal. Food was awesome with nice cultural program. The ***ager, Murali even refunded my money (when I was back in Mumbai) for a sightseeing which we skipped. Thank you A*** for the great hospitality and ***aging such a big group of 20+ people🤘😊

This hotel appears Rustic but I will specially recommend for Jaisalmer stay. It gives an amazing Jaisalmer Golden Fort feel. The checkin was smooth. The front desk was really good and following up and checking our arrival and keeping the rooms ready. Even helped in printouts. The rooms were ornate, Rajasthani style lit up with lamps like light. Restroom was OK. Not great but functional. The real icing was the rooftop restaurant. We had gone in December last week and the rooftop restaurant did justice to the dhaba feel with cots and wooden planks for eating. The view of the Jaisalmer fort behind and lit up at night gives an amazing feel of ro***ticism. The food was yummy-licious. I mean it was outright delicious. Nans, butter kulchas, butter chicken, sweets - Ghevar Rabri & Dilkushar, kadhai paneer, soups, everything. Even omelette's and desi tea were lip smacking What a restaurant, location and ambience esp night. Wow. And they called in quwwals - local artist also in evening.

I have just returned from my first visit to India in two years. As I had to isolate for the first week, I chose to fly to Jaisalmer and stay at the Pol Haveli, a place I was familiar with and where I could feel at home and be catered to. It was the best choice I could have made. I was picked up at the airport by ***u, the proprietor, and settled into a big room with a huge bed and a wonderful warm quilt, much needed in the cold winter nights. I was able to go to the rooftop restaurant which has beautiful views to the fort, especially at night. Anything I needed or wanted was provided, including booking flights and vivid tests. The best thing about Pol Haveli is the people, all family members, always so friendly, cheerful and kindhearted and ready to respond. The restaurant I remembered from before and I knew that the food was among the best in Jaisalmer and I wasn’t disappointed, the masala chai was a delight every morning, the baigan and kaju curries wonderful, as were all the other meals I had, and I was there for 19 days. Excursions to the desert and camel safaris are all on offer as are other trips to f.ex Lake Gadisar, Barabagh and other places. And when you’ve explored the fort, the Patwon Kim Haveli and admired the beautifully carved sandstone buildings around, you can visit ***u’s brother Ali Baba in his shop in Sadar Bazaar, where you can stop for a chat and some chai without any pressure to buy.

They were extremely accommodating rooms were clean and comfortable .very much hygienic. Good food. The cherry on the cake was roof top restaurant. All the staff were extremely helpfully. The service was exceptionally well. The location is very easy assessable from jaislmer station .near the fort .would definitely recommen friends.
