Hotel Fifu

It was amazing to stay at hotel Fifu. First of all rooms are clean and differently well decorated though rooms are small however Very good choice of breakfast and all day food was excellent ,fresh and tasty . Hospitality is very good. Behaviour of all staffs was so polite, humble and nice. well done Mr Chowdhury and Mr Om prakash ji owner of the property All the best

Though small rooms, beautifully furnished with all possible aminities, fitmeny, absolutely clean, delicious food and very cooperatve owner, staff. Hospitality of highest order, owner Mr Omprakash Kewalia is omnipresent to offer any help, guidance, tips, can speak Spanish,Ger***, French in addition to English, Hindi hence thronged by ***y foreiner guests.Overall a must stay property.

We had a great stay at hotel Fifu and enjoyed the hospitality of owner Fifu and his staff. The breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit, eggs and pancakes. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and professional, Ajay, Prevandra and their team really made us feel at home. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean.

A smooth pick-up from the airport, a welcome drink (the masala chai was delicious!), a rooftop view of the Jaisalmer Fort (my wife was so comfortable that she took a nap on the couch), and our... The room we stayed in had a very tasteful emerald green lamp that was unified with conceptual colors and vintage Indian furniture, the friendliness of the guide and driver to the camel safari base (Kabir...I hope to see you again!), the personality of the staff, In particular, the owner, Fifu, had the warmest and kindest personality. I am a player of a musical instrument called morchan (Indian), which is a folk instrument that is passed down among the people living in the deserts of Rajasthan. The owner, who is very knowledgeable about the culture of Rajasthan, was impressed and taught us about the desert and history in an easy-to-understand way, and even arranged for us to participate in the camel safari dinner show. thank you very much. All of the meals at the hotel were carefully prepared with well-***aged ingredients. We especially recommend the Fifu Special Thali, which is a masterpiece with a beautiful combination of ingredients! Masala chai too! I will definitely visit again. We love HOTEL ᖴifu. It was a memory I will never forget.

A wonderful hotel in JAISALMER. Great location within walking distanceof the Fort and all other attractions. near to lots of great restaurants and shops .It is spotless inside and the rooms are beautifully furnished in local golden sandstone. there is a roof top restaurant with views of the Fort . Great breakfast.

Hotel fifu is located a bit out of town , however its not a deserted place as other good hotels are also located in the same lane. 10 mins drive from railway station. However the location is very dusty. Rooms are bit small comapred to what they are charging,. If two adults and one child goes in the room it may feel a bit congested. Bathrooms very small, almost no space for changing clothes. Balcony almost non exixtent. Roof top restaurant has a breath taking view of the fort however since it’s a three side open one it gets really cold during breakfast and dinner time during winter season and having food in that temperature is very difficult. Food is good and tasty. Breakfast buffet is limited and repeatative. The hotel arranges camel and Jeep safari in the desert at an additional cost. For local sightseeing you can hire any auto from outside the hotel for a full for around Rs. 1000 in peak season time. Overall if you are looking for a good budget stay you can peak this hotel, however if you are looking for luxury options choose other properties right besides this hotel, and there are plenty of them.

As ***y other reviews described, the hotel has an amazing friendly owner who ensures a great stay. And I was pleased to find out they were right. I was welcomed with honest kindness and chai, and the owner helped me with al my questions. The rooms are clean and nice, a perfect place to recharge after sightseeing. They have a very nice rooftop restaurant with amazing food and again very friendly service. By far one of the nicest hotels I've been in Rajasthan and would definitely come back here!

The owner Mr. Fifu (Om Prakash Kewaliya) is an incredibly supportive individual, sent hotel car to pick up us from railway station even it was 5 AM. Also though 1st day we had planned to stay in desert (Khuri Desert, arranged by the owner himself) which started in second half of the day, but Omji had allowed us to stay his hotel's room for the first half. Hotel food is also very delicious, though have limited options. The hotel is wonderful clean calm with very beautiful rooms. The rooms are not too big but are all nicely decorated and charming. All the staff and the owner ***** with Om Prakashji's son are very friendly and hospitable. Our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable.
