Trident Jaipur

Located opposite *** Sagar Lake with many species of birds. We saw kingfisher, swam and etc. It is just 45 minutes ride from airport. Very near to pink city and avoid the noise of the vehicle. Hotel provide great interpersonal interaction with the guest. A nice recreational pool, SPA service and gym, this four level high hotel l. Spacious room with tiny balcony, soft bed and pillows, bathtub and good wash up facilities. The only restaurant “Jal Mahal”, serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many selection of pastries, cereals, local Indian cuisine, egg and fruits. Ala-carte menu are also provide Asian and western food, pizza, liquor, cocktails and dessert. Lastly, do lookout for Akash, Sylvester and Aneesh as they go the extra mile to make the dining experiences more delectable. Room service are prompt and friendly, allowing personal space with guests. House keeping execute the required protocols including evening turn down services. The cleanliness of the fridge need to more attention as it was sticky and dirty. Overall, it is really a great service of 5* hotel that I ever stay. Staffs treated us like their friends.

In one word , Excellent ; From entering to exit there’s not even a single thing to complain ; staff was very warm and welcoming taking care of every need 24x7 ; food was great so was the lake view room and added pool and TT table was cherry on top

Location, food and service were excellent. All the major tourist attractions are easily accessible.

It was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property. There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.

My recent stay at Trident Jaipur left much to be desired, as the hotel seemed overwhelmed by the influx of tourists and lacked the charm and warmth I had experienced at other Trident properties. The lobby felt cramped and overcrowded, making it difficult to navigate, and the reception staff appeared weary and less welcoming compared to my previous experience at Trident Agra. While the food served at the hotel was satisfactory, the breakfast selection left much to be desired, with sparse options that failed to impress. In terms of room amenities, there were notable shortcomings. One side of the bed lacked any outlets, making it inconvenient for charging devices, and the absence of USB ports was a notable oversight in today's tech-savvy world. The bathroom door had a peculiar design that often blocked access to the toilet, which was frustrating and could easily be rectified with a sliding pocket door. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities appeared outdated and in need of renovation. The absence of a makeup mirror was surprising, and the lack of a dedicated spa facility was disappointing. Instead, guests were directed to two converted hotel rooms for treatments, which lacked the ambiance and amenities one would expect from a spa experience. On a positive note, the placement of the shower faucet was thoughtful and well-designed, providing a comfortable showering experience.
