Hari Mahal Palace by Pachar Group

Great service. The manager, Mr. Ram Beniwal is very well appreciated as he helped us throughout our trip while staying at The Hari Mahal Palace. He even upgraded our stay which was a well appreciated gesture. Staff at the Palace was also very helpful and supportive.

We had booked 3 rooms. On checking in we were given an apartment with 3 rooms and 3 attached bathrooms. All good till here. Once in, the toilets were broken, the bedsheets were torn, the main room remained open and the whole place had some smell. In the name of heritage they are passing a sub standard crap hole. We had booked for 7 adults (despite having 3 kids in the group) as we want seperate beds for all. In reaching here only 6 beds were there. In asking for additional bed, a mattress was given to put on FLOOR!! Bit of argy bargy and they have a bed. It is next to a train line, from where train passes every 25-30 minutes at night and blows horns!! Couldn’t sleep… Sigh.. stay is for 3 nights, but trying to check out after one night..

I had the worst ever stay of my life at Hari Mahal palace. The pics on *********** were quite deceptive. They charged me as though I was receiving a four-star hotel, giving the impression that I was. Honestly, I wouldn't even rate this establishment a one star. For my family, I got an apartment with three rooms. Actually, the apartments were service apartments, the kind usually used by hotel employees. There were mosquitoes in the room, the bedding appeared to have not been cleaned in a while, and the room itself was filthy. A broken bucket and mug were found in the bathroom, and there was no bucket or cup in one of the rooms. My brother was so disgusted by the place, he found another accommodation at 1 AM.

The vintage charm of this heritage hotel is a treasure. From the classic decor to the warm hospitality, it's like stepping into a bygone era. Its vintage charm captivated us, and the standout service, led by the ever-attentive Manager Front Office, Dharmendra Singh Tanwar, elevated our stay. A truly unique stay!

Hospitality was really good . All staff was very cooperative with us. We were group of 48 people. Mr Yashwant ( manager fnb) arranged all the thing very beautifully.breakfast was fresh and tasty , welcome , gala dinner night , all was a good experience.

One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff is very helpful and 5 star kinda rating to the hospitality. The rooms were very good and the ambiance was way too peaceful and beautiful. Food was way too good and delicious.

Good accomodation, food quality excellent.We will visit again. Palace is really very beautiful and garden is also beautiful. New year party arrangements like sound system, gala dinner, aarti are awesome.

Everything thing was good.... I thing I liked the most was your food.... We went there for New year party and experience was really awesome ❤️❤️... The hotel was very nice day facilities were also very nice.... Behaviour of their staff was also nice overall the experience was nice I will visit here again

The worst hotel in our travelling experience so far. Even a shady substandard hotel would provide a better service. “mahal” is only in the name. 1. In the name of palace they give 1 bedroom flat in the neighbouring society. That too in pathetic condition. 2. Bedsheets were torn and dirty. 3. No packaged water was provided. They refill plastic bottles and give. 4. Bucket was broken and had a big hole. 5. There are no wardrobes. 6. Some khatara old tv which doesn’t work. 7. Mosquitoes all over the place. 8. Continuous sound of metro rail so can’t sleep peacefully. 9. Even after calling the staff 100 times they are non attentive. The manager’s attitude was as if we are homeless people living for free. No help with luggage or any other concerns. 10. Pathetic breakfast spread. Omelettes were made with the reused oil from frying. It had all burnt oil with smell of other items. 🤮 In short it’s better to live in a dharamshala than wasting your hard earned money on this place. This place should be shutdown for. Ot fulfilling basic needs.
