All staff and management are good. Timely responsed every call and maintain room cleaning. Food quality is good. Breakfast timely served in restaurant . Room service is very good. Whenever I will come in jaipur this hotel is my first choice. Very comfortable stayed with family everything 100% satisfied. I gives special thanks to FO team (mr. Mohan saini fom & ms. Sneha foa ) and f&b team (mr.manoj kholi + dheer singh). Most important thing's it's also me late check out at 01:00 pm Very very thank you all team 😂for happiest & comfortable stay🙏

Love both the architecture and services⭐💫the food was great , the view and the services were all great...love the swimming pool with the whole jaipur view ...the room services was very good ...safe environment with great management..❤️

The hotel is good with a good ambience and feel once you enter the place.....The restaurant also is good with good food and also service with good staff. I was assisted by Iliyas for the dinner and he did his job pretty well. The room is good enough too.

Good asthetic place to stay at. Rooms are clean. Restaurant manager Iliyas Khan was well spoken and friendly. Food quality was good. Overall good experience. A place to stay with friends, family and couples as well. Will be recommending to everyone.

The hotel is not up to the mark . The behavior of staff members was not good , I faced multiple issues like asked for cleaning of room but they did not bother to clean it even after talking to the Reception staff they did not bother to clean , I had booked Breakfast with the hotel and they did not have ample space to accommodate the guest in the given timing of breakfast It was till 10:30 in the morning when I reach before time there was no table to sit and I asked the staff to call me once the space is available to sit after that they asked wait for some time and sit next to reception, It was around 10:45 and they asked me to come and have breakfast . When I asked them tea they said we can not provide as now the timing of breakfast is over, also they did not prepare the food as per the menu that day. Later the reception boy named ZEESHAN came in and I elaborated the issue to him and I asked him that I will let MMT know about this and will raise a complain against your hotel. and I asked if someone is there who is your manager of some senior manager present with whom i can discuss the issue then he said I am the only one no one else is there i am the only head/ reception person. Then i called MMT staff and raise complain to MMT staff and MMT called the hotel couple of times and no one picked up the call. MMT staff called me and asked me that if they can have a word with the staff from my phone I aggreged and went to reception and gave my phone to discuss but ZEESHAN lied about the things and said to me "JO KRNA H APP KR LO MAI APNE AAP DEKH LUNGA " kind of threatened me. and just after that he called some one and said that "MERA HOTEL MMT SE BLACKLIST KR DO". And he is not the owner of the property the Owner name I got to know about from the Staff is Nidhi Singh. If She is the owner of the property , them Nishi Singh please look into this matter and ask ZEESHAN to behave properly and do not threaten any one .

I stayed at Amayra during the monsoon season, and the views were breathtaking. The staff was warm and welcoming, making my solo trip feel special. I particularly loved the high tea area-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Jaipur. Definitely coming back!

My family and I had a fantastic stay!!! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially arranging tours and cabs......The kids loved the rooftop area.......Highly recommend for family trips!!!!!!!!
