Nice place to stay in the Jaffna peninsula. Good and clean place. Food also tasty. Exllent customer care. Woking distance to Nalluer temple and Rio ice cream.Staff are very kind and friendly Very close to access Most of heritage places. Highly recommended to everyone

My experience at the Jaffna Heritage has been truly remarkable. I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were always kind and attentive. Excellent hotel value for money vegetarian Breakfast was lovely. clean pool , clean rooms and perfect location for relaxing. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel.

Vegetarian breakfast is broad and delicious! The place is clean and AC was strong. Just 6 minute walk to Nallur Kovil which is super convenient. Excellent part of town. Super safe. Wijekumara was so helpful too. Anything you need you can ask him. I would highly recommend to my friends going to Jaffna to check out Jaffna Heritage Hotel.

We stayed here recently for seven nights (one night in the Heritage Villa) during the Nallur Temple Festival. The hotel is extremely comfortable with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a great pool. There is ample space for luggage, a good safe, fridge, efficient AC and comfortable king sized beds. Breakfast was included and is delicious. Due to the Hotel’s proximity to the temple the hotel must serve vegetarian meals and these are very tasty with various new dishes added each day. The hotel is in an excellent location as it is so close to the temple and also some very good restaurants. It is the wonderful staff though that really makes the experience at this hotel outstanding. Veejay, Rajeeben and everyone else who works at the hotel (and the villa) are just fantastic and went out of their way to help us. For example, on arrival at the hotel when we were just about to head out VeeJay told us about the PickMe App. We both downloaded it and used it throughout our stay which not only saved us money but also the hassle of trying to explain our destination and also having to haggle the price with the driver. We also saw some interesting birds in the trees outside. Highly recommended!

it was my first trip to jaffna that i was delaying for so long, one of the main reasons was the lack of nice hotels in this area. i saw heritage hotel posted on my friend’s socials and that’s how i finally defined my stay and booked a trip to the city. the location of jaffna heritage hotel was perfect, i like to walk and it was essential for me to get to all of the main attractions by walk. i think i could see every corner of the city in just 2 days because of the perfect placement of the hotel. also, the staff was very friendly and nice to have a conversation with ❤️ and need to mention the room cleanliness, great pool that is a must on a hot jaffna day, and wonderful breakfasts in tamil style with some indian notes, it was so delicious and very different.

The experience was fantastic from the point of booking right to the day we checked out. Very clean , comfortable, spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast with a variety of authentic local cuisine , fresh fruit from their own gardens . I absolutely loved the pool . This hotel is mentioned in the lonely planet guide for places to stay in Jaffna, and I am not the least bit surprised as to why. It is an absolute gem in every sense.

Jaffna is truly a hidden gem Anyone visiting srilanka should visit jaffna.! My stay at jaffna heritage hotel was amazing. Hospitality was on point. Breakfast had authentic jaffna food. We were greeted with huge smiles everywhere we went. Not everyone knows about jaffna but the simplicity of this place blew us away. 5 minutes away from the nallur temple. I will come back again! Leaving jaffna with a huge smile on my face and my heart full.

We had the best time staying at the Jaffna Heritage Hotel and staff was super accommodating, specially Vijeya he is so polite and friendly and we had amazing conversation with him at the restaurant while tending to us and our conversation he was still very alert to other customers in the restaurant also lobby and ensured he accommodated to everyone equally. The food was exceptional I've fallen in love with their vegetarian breakfast , in particular was a highlight, it gave us a deeper understanding of the local culture which made us appreciate Jaffna Heritage even more. Highly recommended. Thank you team and keep up your good service.
