I paid for 2 rooms this 1/19/2024 thru 1/22/2024 my room was 206 and had no issues as it was good,however i also paid for a room for my daughter which her room was115 and the room had no tv or working electrical outlets.We asked if someone was coming to fix it but it never happened.

The total is all inclusive Food was good looks to choose from drinks all you can drink pools are nice and clean really close to the beach ( love the sunsets at the beach ) really friendly staff
The only problem my washroom smell bad more in the morning talk to the front desk but nothing was done that was the only negative part of the hotel

This Best Western resort was spectacular! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, The food was fantastic with many choices and I only have great things to say! Thank you for making our trip so amazing! Highly recommend the beautiful sunsets and awesome pools.

First time at an ALL Inclusive ~~~~ It was an experience, for sure, and of course, we made the best of it all. The hotel, staff, and all involved with that, was real nice and did their best and were helpful, with everything. For us, it was just very different, but there's a "first" for everything !!! We'll give it a try- another time - someplace else, some day!!! Thank's......

This by far was one of the better Best Western Properties I have ever stayed at. The staff are very attentive and amazing. Breakfast and dinner was satisfying. Will definitely returned on my next visit
