Marble Waters Hotel & Suites, Trademark by Wyndham

Nice hotel, but starting to decline. Beds were soft and I slept very well. Also very quiet. Would recommend.

We arrived after 7pm front area was locked and had to ring to get in (which is good for security purposes) once getting in room I was very pleased. The room was nice and clean and had a nice size bathroom with Whirlpool tub. The location was quiet and right off the interstate. We were a few miles away from several dining choices. This hotel was amazing and only a few things missing to rate it with the best. The Resturant was not open and there was no options for breakfast.I forgot to mention the room had a refrigerator and microwave with a Kureg . Very nice decor and would stay again if in the area. Family was very happy about the stay .

Direct TV didn’t work the whole stay . The furniture was scratched up. Reported to front desk and no maintenance person came at all. Didn’t get the names but the management of this Hotel need to get a refresher training on Hospitality. In my profession I am an Auditor. This Hotel and some of the Staff would have failed. Sad part is I knew the Owner before he passed. He wouldn’t be Happy at All with the way This Hotel has went down .

dirty, the chairs were destroyed. my guest had to be picked up and taken to a different hotel.

The property was very run down on the inside, carpets dirty and the chair in the room was worn through on the armrests. Very out of date. Reception was very rude. The bed was ok and the sheets were clean. The parking lot was empty because there are only about 3 other guests at the hotel.

Hotel was great, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay there again next time I in Jacksonville

I liked the chicken process was easy and the person behind the desk was nice and very honest. I asked specific questions that I kind of already had the answers to but he was very honest and saying that the amenities were not available such as the hot tub was out of service for the season and the restaurant was closed because they didn't have a chef. The room was big and the bathroom was even bigger.

Outdated worn and in desperate need of updates and repair. Smelled like mildew. Holes in carpet and once upon a time the tub was a jacuzzi which hadn’t been repaired. Marble floor in foyer and bathroom but very slippery in my handicap room. Also pool and hot tub closed out of season. In Florida?

Hotel is decent, but needs better cleaning practices. We have stayed here multiple times due to price and convenience and every time there have been hairs in the bathtub. The bed seems clean though.
