I was automatically charged to the credit card on file, which was NOT the card I wanted to use. She cancelled it, but the charge for the room is still on my account. BOTH credit card machines were also down. So check in took forever.
The hotel is REALLY dirty. My first room smelled horrible. We walked in with the AC on full blast and the windows wide open with a horrible smell of burnt fish. They were able to move us and the next room smelled better. Entire hotel smells bad, like mold, which really upset my asthma. Breakfast was a joke. Packets of oatmeal and grits, packaged up chemical tasting muffins. At least that had coffee.
