There is a parking lot, the room setting is very American, the bathroom is big enough, it is suitable for a small basin friend accommodation. The hotel is in the small town of Jackson. The town itself is very small. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, all in the supermarket. It is not easy to find.

The hotel is right next to the town of Jackson. The rooms are clean and good. The facilities inside are the same as those in most hotels in the United States. Parking is just outside the hotel, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and the dishes taste ok. It was very inconvenient not to have breakfast. The snow was very cold that morning when we stayed, and the ground was frozen. It was not convenient to go out. However, I will go to Grand Teton in the afternoon and return. I will go to Huangshi the next day. It is convenient to choose to live here.

We spent six wonderful nights at the White Buffalo Club the last week of May . This was a special family trip and included our 2 grandkids ages 11 and 15. This was the first time they and their parents had ever been out west or seen the mountains. Our stay was just lovely. Our rooms on the third floor were spacious with a view of the town. Since we were a large family group we enjoyed the convenience of the pretty bathrooms, kitchen and washing machines. We also loved sitting on the terrace in the morning with coffee and in the evening with snacks and wine. We had maid service and everything was immaculate. We could walk to everything and enjoyed shopping, dining and music on the square. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us make a dinner reservation at the steakhouse in the hotel. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a special table by the fireplace in a private area. On our last day it was snowing and the manager checked the road conditions for us, which was so helpful. The only downside was limited parking at times due to construction next door, but we always found a place to park nearby or in the lot.

Stayed here for 40th Birthday splurge and was so happy I did! The location is perfect for exploring all the town has to offer without needing a car. Hotel staff was always amazing and helpful even when we asked for a different type of pillow. extra perks included a hot cookie happy hour, private hot tub appointments (no awkward sharing) and gorgeous room. We stayed in a King Prem with the gas fireplace in the room and I loved turning it on while reading my book early in the morning. I couldn't rave about this place more!

It is highly recommended that you stay in this hotel in Jacksontown. This is our most satisfying stay in the Los Angeles Salt Lake City Yellowstone Park Grand Teton Park Las Vegas Los Angeles. The price is reasonable, the room facilities are very quality, service It is also very comfortable, the breakfast quality is also good, a check-in slip with the second-day weather forecast will make me not hesitate to call the hotel's intentions. I will stay here if I have the chance to come back next time. Four people in the same room, two rooms, everyone likes it.

Comfortable room and bed. Fine sized bathroom with wash basin outside the toilet/shower room. Beds were comfortable. Great location on the edge of the town centre.. Nice reception with good, rural style befitting the area/town. Like many similar hotels it’s a bit ‘beige’ and would benefit from more modernisation. But it has everything it needs including a pool. Staff were great. Toiletries were good quality. Breakfast was fine but only just….the food was distinctly ok and the room was too small for the size of hotel and gets very busy. I think it’s probably one of the better hotels in the town. Bars and restaurants are closeby.

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. Later, the itinerary changed and added another day. However, I don’t know why. I negotiated with the front desk for a long time. I couldn’t live for two days. I had to check out the next morning and stay in the afternoon. It was a bit helpless.

The cowboy's cabin is in the small town of Jackson, with a good location and convenient parking. Temporarily booked, there is only a single cabin. The log cabins are all made of round wood. It feels very good. The layout of one bedroom and one bathroom plus a bathroom is very clean. Each room basically has a radiator and the switch is on the wall. It was still quite cool at the end of September and the heating was much more comfortable. Breakfast is not included. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove (two cookers). There is a pan and a small milk pan in the cabinet, as well as dishes, plates, bowls, cups and other utensils. If you are interested, you can have your own food. By the way, there is also a dishwasher. There is a parking space at the door of the cabin, and the front desk also made me stop at the door, even though I came back for dinner and was stopped. It is recommended that you do not carry your luggage when you check in, do a good job, and then go to the parking area to carry your luggage into the room.

The hotel is in a good environment and the room is very clean, but staying here for two days is a wrong decision. Because the Pinghe Hotel is too far from Huangshi Park, there is a big Teton Park in the middle to buy a 35-dollar ticket. So if we come back, we will choose to stay at the Yellowstone Hostel in West Yellowstone for two nights. After the last day, we will live in the Pinghe Hotel, so we will run less and avoid unnecessary tickets. The video below is the Pinghe Hotel

The cowboy's cabin is in the small town of Jackson, with a good location and convenient parking. The boss is also very good, help recommend the route, we did not choose early, but there is a guy in the house who cooks, it is very convenient to be a morning. The cabin space is not particularly large, but two people are enough. One suggestion is that if you have a room at check-in, you can live in a safe place near the front desk. Yes, there is free coffee and fruit at the front desk. You can go for a cup of coffee before you travel. Recommended to stay!

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. The price is OK, but the experience will be fine once and you should not stay at the motel again.

Very crowded in the small town of Jackson, the hotel feels very western. Parking is free and the location is slightly tight. At the time of booking, it was originally fixed for one day. Later, the itinerary changed and added another day. However, I don’t know why. I negotiated with the front desk for a long time. I couldn’t live for two days. I had to check out the next morning and stay in the afternoon. It was a bit helpless.

We stayed here for a week. Highly recommend! Food is amazing, staff is pleasant and accommodating. Perfect location. What made our trip perfect was Mariah at Concierge. She didn't miss a beat and all her recommendations were on point! She booked all our excursions as well as dinner reservations. We booked a private tour of Yellowstone with Alex at Wildlife Tours and he was exceptional!! Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Steve from Country Wildlife with the Sunrise Tour was also exceptional. Would come back!

Check-in does not require a deposit, a typical American breakfast, and there is a large food supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for replenishment. Because it is close to Grand Teton and is a transit point to Yellowstone, the price is a bit expensive.

The hotel is in a good environment and the room is very clean, but staying here for two days is a wrong decision. Because the Pinghe Hotel is too far from Huangshi Park, there is a big Teton Park in the middle to buy a 35-dollar ticket. So if we come back, we will choose to stay at the Yellowstone Hostel in West Yellowstone for two nights. After the last day, we will live in the Pinghe Hotel, so we will run less and avoid unnecessary tickets. The video below is the Pinghe Hotel

Second time in Jackson. First time at this Hilton property. Spent three nights there with my wife so was able to get good feel for property. Pros - Location. Not too far from center of town. Very walkable. Friendliness of staff. Everybody at the property was extremely polite and friendly! Cons - Rooms are “tired” and a bit worn. Not all appliances in room worked. Comfort - room was a bit “tight” but manageable. Sleeper sofa was dated and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t plan on using it. Fireplace was inoperable. HVAC unit struggled (ironically an HVAC company was on our floor the day we checked out). Cleanliness - rooms were clean however common area needed regular attention but did not receive it. Example - Notified housekeeping of garbage that needed to be removed from waste bin in hallway outside our room (it was filled with soiled diapers). Was not addressed for hours and hallway filled with foul smell. This was an issue on two of the three nights we were there. Service - service was below average for Hilton. I’m guessing this is due to lack of staff and not due to their willingness to assist. Examples - no one there to check us in at arrival. Waited for 5 minutes before finally calling the property hoping someone would answer. No one answered. After 10 minutes someone arrived to check us in. As mentioned earlier not all appliances worked. When asked to receive a replacement was initially told they did not have any and, ironically, could not leave front desk to deliver a replacement because there was no one else on duty to wait for arriving travelers. As noted above, responding to areas of immediate need in common area took a lot of time. On average I spend 50+ nights on the road each year, many of which at Hilton properties. I’m a “low frills just give me the basics and I’ll be happy” type of guy…clean, quiet, and comfortable with reasonable service. Anything above that is a bonus. If I did not know this was a Hilton property I would have not guessed it was - atypical. Overall value was below average.
