It seemed like a very good looking Lobby in the ad the hotel promoted. When I went to check in the first thing, I noticed is the fancy chairs and carpet in the lobby. We’re not there. It was an old table with two old chairs, and the lobby floor was dirty. Everything at the counter, went smooth to get the key once we went to the room And my wife, we noticed a lot of bums sitting around the hotel. Once we open the door to the room, one of the lights did not work there was holes in the bed covers, and it seemed like the bathroom was being worked on but not complete. The bathtub seem to be getting a finish put on it that did not work. The bathtub was filthy. The shower curtain was broken off the wall, and the floors were not installed correctly. It was probably the worst hotel room I ever had to stand, and to tap it off at night. There was drag racing, going down to main ***** for at least an hour before the police showed up blaring all the sirens, this lasted from two to 4 o’clock in the morning. I finally slept one hour from 5 to 6 AM. I would not recommend this hotel.

I asked why the hotel needed to store my address and also pointed out that my provided ID was in fact what had been asked for as such but the guy checking me in got mad and told me to stay somewhere else and he cancelled my prepaid booking

The room was smelly, the bed felt like a rock, the toilet was loose, wifi wouldn't reach the room, the a/c unit was too loud, the TV was way off of the bed's point of view.

This is not a place to take your family! The room was clean. The bed was terrible! There was loud music played until 3 in the morning and then I was awaken at four with a loud screaming match going on outside

convenient to I-40. near freezing outside, could have used more blankets. It was fine for the pass thru trip

Nothing. People at 4:30am standing right outside our room, screaming; cussing; fighting.. We were scared to leave.. AWFUL

This hotel isn't represented correctly by its photos on your website at all. Pictures make it look very nice and clean. It is not nice and clean. Rooms were furnished with towels and bed linens that were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. Hotel is very run down and not well maintained at all. Staff was friendly enough. However this is definitely not a good hotel and is also in the bad part of town. Would not recommend anyone stay here ...

Upon pulling up to this hotel, we were skeptical about safety & poor condition of this property but checked in anyway due to non-refundable purchase & being so tired from our road trip. The best thing about this hotel was the person checking us in-Lewis tried to accommodate us the best he could (requested 1st floor room) but as we drove around the back of the hotel to get to our location, we about blew out a tire on the asphalt chunks & holes. We noticed a woman cutting through a cut in the chainlink security fence (**********??) on our way back & then the terrible condition of the rooms facing the back-all the curtains were deteriorating, there were personal furniture items/trash outside on the walkways, and when we arrived at our room, our parking area was adjacent to a Taco Bell drive through-felt like we were parking AT the restaurant. The worst was yet to come-once I got inside the room, I had to use the bathroom urgently, but when I went in the bathroom, the doorknob was broken out of the door frame just laying in there. The towel bar was ripped off the wall, and the bathtub had rusted out on the exterior!!! Talk about a health hazard. I couldn’t even finish my pee before I was calling the front desk to just leave the property. Apparently, the request happens so frequently the front desk didn’t even try to fight me on staying-they agreed to work with ********** to allow me a refund. STAY IN HOLLADAY, NOT JACKSON.
