Comfort Suites Jackson I-40

The staff was absolutely amazing, very polite and helpful. We had no issues during our stay. Breakfast was eggs, potatoes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, muffins, waffles, poptarts, jimmy dean breakfast sandwhiches, coffee and juices. They had a few other small things as well. Hot tub was great. Can tell it need a little maintenance but clean. The pool was cold and we didnt use it. We had a king room with a sofa couch and it was clean. Room was cleaned each day. Hotels we've stayed at recently have been doing cleanings every 2nd day so that was nice. The bed was extremely hard for me. My husband likes firm beds so it was great for him. The bathroom was tiny in our room, definitely not enough space for 2 to be getting ready at the same time. One person it was perfectly fine. Just have patience and time for the elevator as it was slow but perfectly functional. It didn't bother us... but some other guest mentioned it while we were waiting for the elevator.

Roaches in the bathroom. When I told the staff, he shrugged and said, “Guess I’ll have to call pest control again.” That alone would disqualify me from ever staying at this place again. But — the room itself was way past its prime. Furniture was beat up, bed uncomfortable and cleaning products were left in my shower. Staff was unfriendly— except for the gentleman in charge of breakfast. He should be promoted to run the whole place. It could use an overhaul, to say the least.

The hotel is very nice. My room was large and very comfy. There are a couple things other hotels have such as nicer soap for showering so bring your own soap.

Had a great stay. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good.

Great people and great property. Will continue to stay here every time I come to Jackson.

Requiring a $150.00 deposit posted to my AMERICAN EXPRESS. I told front desk I was a diamond account and he told me it did not matter. He wanted a deposit. I booked this time with ******* it was quicker than using on line and cheaper.. I will not go back unless I have to.

The hotel was clean. One of our bed was too squeaky and front desk swapped us out. Overall it was a very quiet night to help with my next day driving for 12 hours

Great stay! Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Great amenities, to include breakfast. Good location, very close to I-40.

We almost always stay at this hotel when in Jackson. The rooms are comfortable and with the updated bathrooms with walk-in showers it's a great place to stay.
