Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference

The service was good, staff friendly and helpful. There was someone else's blood stain on the comforter, very light bed covers and so cold at night, and the bed was not comfortable for either of us. The location was good and we could easily walk to the square. It was quiet and felt secure. Over all not a good value for the cost.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Heater was not working properly in the first room that I checked into, but the front desk manager immediately moved me into a different room.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy, the breakfast buffet was really good. There were biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, build your own breakfast burritos, pastries, yogurt, cereal, oa**eal and fresh fruit. The bus to and from the resort was fantastic and the driver really entertaining. Staying here was a breeze. You can walk right to the square and there is so much around. Pool and hot tub were great post slopes. Well definitely stay here our next trip to JH

It is very noisy you can hear everything in the hall or outside your door. The beds were really hard. We had zero hot water for showers the morning we were leaving. Check in was very friendly and helpful and our room was clean.

This hotel is within a 5-10 minute walk to the Jackson square and there were plenty of restaurants around to explore. The hotel is super cozy and tidy. The hotel has some older style buildings but you can tell the hotel is slowly doing renovations to make it more modern. Super comfy bed! We would stay here again!

We have stayed in this Hotel four years in a row for skiing. They offer a private bus up to the ski areas and that is a great feature. The location, being downtown, is ideal for exploring shopping and different dining options.
The stay includes breakfast and they keep everything extremely clean.
The only negative we all (group of 7 in 4 rooms) agree on, is that the dressers are very small, only 3 small drawers and especially in the winter we have a lot of layers & clothes. But that won't stop us from future returns.
Price/Value is very good.
