Horrible experience with Shikhar Palace, Russel Chowk, Jabalpur. Arranged my sister’s engagement ceremony for 130 guests. Even though everything was discussed before many times, the stage decoration was not what we finalised and it was so bad and cheap. There was no light music throughout the function as promised. They kept a speaker box which was not working and that was it. No one from the hotel was around to ask for help and any questions. No proper seating arrangements people were standing. Food was cold and few items were not available midway. Lift not working half the time. When promised about the arrangements they were so polite but when we came back to tell about the inconvenience caused for our guests, they were super rude. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR SPECIAL DAYS!!
