Our stay here was mixed. Lovely room, but a hard bed and pillows didn’t make sleeping easy. The shower was great as was the wifi. There was a bit of confusion in the morning as breakfast started at 0730, but we asked if it was possible to get it slightly earlier as our tour was picking us up at 0730. After telling us no, we went and brought food off a street vendor to come back 5mins later and have the cold meze dished up for us… but weird but maybe it was a breakdown in communication due to the language barrier? Either way, decent stay, but not perfect.

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

I stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in on par with top name hotels and exceptional value the staff are excellent always friendly respectful and go above and beyond to help nothing is to much trouble the management don't hide behind the scenes always around and there to have a chat or help altho you are treated as a guest your also treated like a friend, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choice something for everyone i would recommend to anyone going to Izmir definitely a 10 out of 10 plus

Nice and affordable hotel in the center of Izmir. Metro Basmane 7 minutes on foot. Kemer Alty market on foot for 10 minutes. Everything is near! Excellent internet in the hotel. Comfortable beds and a hearty breakfast. Courteous and friendly staff. They will always help. Tea and water in the hotel is free. Very comfortably. We are staying for the third time. I recommend! I will definitely come again.

The reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.

Lovley hotel very clean rooms cleaned every day sheets also changed daily clean towels too great staff English is spoken very well close to basmane train station Breakfast was included but personal choice was to eat out All in all would recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning Thankyou everyone at life corner hotel keep up the good work

The location is not bad, but it is not the absolute center. It is more than 2 kilometers away from the seaside and several scenic spots. It costs about 20 lire. It is surrounded by alleys. There is a parking lot next to it. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants nearby. complete. The hotel is small and exquisite. There is a comfortable terrace on the fifth floor. The cascading houses on the opposite side of the mountain are especially beautiful at night. The room is not small, the soundproofing is not good, the bed is very soft and it will sink, the toilet smells bad, the running water in the hotel is particularly slippery, I don’t know if it is a characteristic of the water quality in Iraq, but the water used in Cesme and other public places None of this.

The hotel itself was a comfortable the newish hotel down a very CD side street from the main drag they have obviously tried their hardest to upgrade the hotel which they've done not a bad job the reception and entrance area is clean tidy and very welcoming it has one lift that will serve all floors which is safe but be aware there is no internal door and you will see a moving wall on one side, on entering the room you will find a key card entry system with key card electricity controlling the fridge TV and air conditioning the air conditioning is maintained very well and works officially there is one English speaking news channel within the 40 plus channels on the television until very comfortable beds although the mattress are fast as firm, the bathroom is tight with millimeters to spare to close the door against the basin the wood used in the bathroom is obviously not of the type of that should be used in the bathroom bus the condition is shabby the shower is good with plenty of hot water and complementary shower gels and soaps if there are two of you in a room it would suggest that you will ask for an extra channel as they only supply you with one there is a fridge but no minibar one word of warning there is a very high step to get into the bathroom so if you have had a hip replacement or a knee replacement or you cannot lift your leg too high this may be a problem, we would not break the housekeeping too well as when we arrived there was pastrami left in the fridge when we checked in and only one cup for the tea and coffee making facilities this was however quickly rectified and the service we received from the staff was outstanding, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. and is over buffet style there is hot eggs turkey sausage plenty of different breads and simit, Jams honey's tea coffee and cereals, there is no parking of such but there is a concierge service that will park your car and retrieve it at a moment's notice this was highly recommended, the best way to get around is there is using the Izmir card which is available from the train station or the metro station which is just a 300 m walk from the hotel, we found this a great place to stay for a couple of days.
