Walk in Hotel

Location is very good . 100 meters to Basmane metro station. Staff where polite and helpful . Room was good in compare with the price . The only negative thing was breakfast . Breakfast was very poor . They had only tea . Not coffee . Not milk .

Some staff in the reception spoke no English at all, while other reception staff barely spoke English, making communications hard. They were also not able to solve the lack of WiFi in our room, nor the weak internet in the reception area, claiming our devices were bad. Other small details include having to ask for toilet paper since the room had none; a leak in the bathroom; and a bad breakfast. Overall, for the price of the room, we still expected more, specially when considering the services provided in the other five hotels we were in in Turkey.

Otelde elle tutulur tek bir şey yok malesef ne çalışanlar nede odalar yurtdışından gelecek olan yabancı misafirlerimiz için rezervasyon yaptırdık iki oda üç gün için 7200 tl ye anlaştık 5000 tl sini rezervasyon sırasında kartla ödedik keşke ödemeseydik sabah misafirlerimizi almaya gittiğimizde valizlerle kapıda bizi bekliyorlardı odaların leş gibi sigara koktuğunu sifonların çalışmadığını dolaplar da su olmadığını internet olmadığını söyleyip otelden ayrılmak istediler resepsiyonda oturan çalışandan bir günlük fatura ve yapmış olduğumuz ödemenin geri iadesini istediğimizde 2600 lirayı iade etmedikleri gibi bizi borçlu çıkartıp 2200 lira istediler biz konuşmaları yaparken rezervasyon için bekleyen 4kişiyi kaçırdığımız için kalanı iade etmeyecekleeini açukladılar ayrıca wifi ile savunmasıda çok komikti yurtdışı telefonlar çekmeye bilirmiş 🤔

Ne vous attendez pas a grand chose, les rideaux ne couvre pas la fenêtre, la fenêtre est cassé, la douche on peut a peine rentrer dedans rien n'est fonctionnel il mérite d'être entretenu. Il ne mérite pas une seule étoile. Heureusement que le lit est propres sinon nous serions parti

Это самый ужасный отель на моей памяти , фото совершенно не соответствуют реальности!!! Слив в ванной комнате не работает, ни в раковине, ни в туалете (брали два номера, НИ В ОДНОМ ИЗ НИХ ) , окна не открываются, из кондиционера идёт тухлый воздух... много всего ещё, на завтрак даже не рискнули идти

Otelin odaları bakımsız, klimaları bozuk, duş aparatları eskimiş ve bozuk. Personel ilgili ancak sorun otelin fiziki şartlarında. Sabah çarşafta böcek izleri vardı. Sorduğumda ise dışarıdan sinek giriyor dediler. Ancak gündüz cam kapalalı olduğu halde ertesi sabah gene böcek ve ısırık izi ve kan lekesi vardı. Resmini çekip gösterdiğim resepsiyon memuru ise oralı bile olmadı. Galiba diğer odalarda da aynı sorun vardı. Buzdolapları soğutmuyor ancak çalıştığı için odayı ısıtmaya yarıyordu. Yaz günü için kötü bir durum. Yapılan yorumlar ile otelin ilgisi dahi yoktu. The rooms of the hotel are neglected, the air conditioners are broken, the shower apparatus is old and broken. The staff is related, but the problem is in the physical conditions of the hotel. In the morning there were traces of insects on the bed sheet. When I asked, they said that flies are coming in from outside. However, even though the window was closed during the day, the next morning there were insect and bite marks and blood stains again. The receptionist, whose picture I took and showed, was not even there. I think other rooms had the same problem. The refrigerators did not cool, but because they worked, they did serve to warm the room. Bad situation for a summer day. The hotel had nothing to do with the comments made.

国鉄バスマーネ駅から目の前の大通りを渡ってすぐ、広場に面しておりバス会社（パムッカレ）のオフィスの隣。掲載されている写真の青い建物で探していたので最初は見つけられなかった。入口の写真を掲載してほしい。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で色々用意されていた。 部屋のwifiの入りはまあまあ。冷蔵庫はあったがプラグが挿入されてなかったので、自分で冷蔵庫をずらして差し込んだ。 問題だったのはエアコンで、部屋にリモコンがなく、部屋の入口付近に操作パネルはあったのだが、押しても変更できない。フロントに言ったところ、別の部屋からリモコンを持ってきたのか、それで操作して稼働させてくれはしたものの、その場限りで後は自分で操作できるわけでもなかったので（結果的に暑くて眠れないでもなく風邪をひくでもなく問題はなかったのだが）、ホテルの設備という点でそこは減点。

Eşim ile bir gece kaldık, arabada uyusaydik daha iyiydi. Banyodan tuvalete yataktan yastığa mobilyalara kadar tek elle tutulur yönü yoktu sabah wc den gelen koku ile uyandık Banyo berbat haldeydi..
