Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel and Spa

This was our first stay and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived late check was very efficient and we were quickly shown to our room which was huge! The staff really made our holiday, they are friendly, helpful and efficient, Stand out staff for us were Freda & Chris from the pool area,Marta from the pool bar and the inside bar team. Our room was spotless with a good supply of fresh towels, pool towels were plentiful too. If you like a balcony with sun, I’d suggest a pool facing room. The whole hotel was spotless and well cared for. I would have liked to have given a tip which would have been shared for all staff ( including people we don’t see) this doesn’t seem to be the case, you can tip individual staff or departments, which we did. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

I came to a short vacation qnd it was very very very good experience.. the hotel is very beautiful. The swimming pool is big and we always find good place to sit. We visit in the spa and its also was nice and relaxing.. The food was very tasting and alot of options. My friend order free gluten-free food. Second time here, first visit in June 2023. Can’t recommend it highly enough, such a friendly place with staff that genuinely seem to care that you have a great time. Excellent food and a great location very close to the seafront and only 2 miles from Rhodes Old Town. Thank you to Klaudio for our complimentary dinner on our last night. We’ll be back next year.

The employees are experienced and professional, they are more than happy to help you with every request! They made the vacation and stay at the hotel! The food are versatile and they have every thing you can imagine. The hotel are clean the rooms are big, in conclusion if you go to vacation in Rhodes it is the best hotel to choose!

After a delayed flight, it was fantastic to be welcomed back to the Atrium Platinum. The hotel had arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and even though we were delayed five hours, we were welcomed into the taxi. Nice start. The hotel offered room service in lieu of our evening meal which was really welcome and an early reminder of the perfect service we were going to receive. The room was great - third floor with a view over the pool and sea. What a view ! It was just like coming home and seeing old friends, from the wonderful ladies on reception, the pool staff making sure that the pool area was ready for everyone to enjoy the day. The warm morning greeting from the hotel room ladies and they did not mind that I got my Kalimera with Kalispera, mixed up we all just laughed just lovely. Restaurant staff were always happy to greet each guest and show you to the table, we were often very lucky to have a table by the window and on the evening, it was just wonderful as you could see the sun setting over the mountains of Turkey. One of the highlights was the cooking on the Friday with Johan, the executive sous chef we were lucky to learn how to make traditional Greek Melitzanosalat (Eggplant Salad) it was delicious and we were all able to eat our creation and take away with us for a later snack. Will definately take the cookery course next time. Please give it a try as you will not be disappointed. Will look forward to seeing you all again sometime soon.

As a family with 2 kids we had a great time during our 7 days stay. The pool as a part of our room was a fantastic choice, especially for kids. Food and drinks were tasty, as we expected. I appreciated aqua exercises 2 times per day and a very friendly staff taking care of kids in the kids club. As a bonus I enjoyed yoga classes for free with Agathi, who was very experienced and professional lady, nicely guiding even beginners As we got all inclusive during our stay, we could choose any of available restaurants to choose for dinner and we visited them all. The food was really delicious and looked fantastic. Majority of staff was very kind and always helpful. There was nothing particular we didn't like in the hotel.

Just back from a 9 night stay and a good sign of a good holiday is not wanting to leave. This is definitely a 5* hotel predominantly down to the staff and the passion and service they provide. It is located close to the beach and a short taxi to Rhodes Old Town which is absolutely stunning. From the moment we got the hotel the level of service by the staff was second to none. The bell boys and reception staff explained everything we needed to know upon arrival. The room was sizeable, clean, the bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning of the pool and the sea which also had a view of the sunset in the evening and we had zero noise during the nights. The food was excellent with so fresh and clean flavours. We upgraded to the Premium All Inclusive package on arrival this was well worth it. The two gourmet restaurants were absolutely amazing from the service to the food to the beautiful view of the sunset it could not be faulted. The two other a la carte restaurants were also very good and again could not be faulted. Head Chef Michalis has created some beautiful dishes which are full of flavour. The lobster night is a must in the gourmet restaurant. Each night at the buffet it is a themed evening with a choice from a small a la carte menu which again each time we enjoyed the food fully. The Matrie d Savvas in the main restaurant and his staff again could not do enough for us. A big shout out to Michalis who everyday put a smile on our face with his friendly and jovial nature. Days sat by the pool was amazing ordering food and drinks via the app was easy and again the service was swift, friendly and exemplary. The service team were very good and super friendly with anything we needed. To the main bar (Chromata) in the evening we thoroughly enjoyed every evening in there big shout out to the team in there led by Julien he made us feel so welcome each day alongside Christos and Savvas as they couldn’t do enough for us they start to build that rapport with you straight away even remembering your favourite drinks. On the drinks the cocktails were stunning made by George and Sofia my favourite was Oaks Lily. Our recommendation for the main bar is if they would offer a cocktail masterclass I think this would prove to be very popular. The entertainment in the evenings was decent with the Thursday night Latin dancers and the Rock Band on a Friday were our highlights. Overall I would have no doubts about returning and recommending the hotel to friends or family. We will hopefully return soon in the near future.

A certain 5 star, awesome and very friendly staff, luxury rooms, a view out of this world, especially of the Turkish mountains across the sea. Pool is beautiful as are the grounds. Food is also great, with fresh produce. Good for a family holiday and business.

Atrium Platinum Resort has it all . Beautiful resort and rooms - it is immaculate. So many delicious food options and wonderful cocktails. Ordering from app while relaxing at the pool was a treat. Visiting Rhodes Old Town is a must - approx 30 minutes walk or a very short bus ride away. The staff at this resort make it so special - the warmest, kindest people looking after us all. Sofia, Diliana and Amarilda were amazing - we miss you and your colleagues! Highly recommend this resort and would love to return in future.
