Fantastic everything was amazing 10/10

Το δωμάτιο τέλειο ανακαινισμένο με τέλεια θέα αλλά η θερμοκρασία του με τον κλιματισμό στο μέγιστο ήταν μεταξύ 27 & 29 βαθμούς Το μίνι μπαρ δεν είχε καθόλου ψύξη Όταν παραπονέθηκα μου είπαν πως δεν είναι ψυγείο ειρωνικά στη ρεσεψιόν και αφού το διαπίστωσε τεχνικός δεν διορθώθηκε μέχρι να φύγουμε Το δωμάτιο είχε σαν παροχή στην τιμή καφετιέρα αλλά μας χρέωσαν στο τέλος το καφέ σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων με ακριβό αντίτιμο την βραδιά Το ασανσέρ δεν είχε κλιματισμό και ήταν θάλαμος αερίων μέχρι το 17ο όροφο που μέναμε Το super market του ξενοδοχείου μου χρέωσε επιπλέον 10 λεπτά το πακέτο για τσιγάρα που αγόρασα γιατί δεν δίνει με κάρτα όπως μου είπε και μου έδειξε ένα χειρόγραφο σημείωμα Γενικά νοοτροπία δεκαετίας 70-80s που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν δικαιολογεί την κατηγορία του

Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. Luca was very enthusiastic and entertaining. He made sure we were all having fun and made everyone laugh. The drivers were also very friendly and polite and the entertainment was brilliant every night.

Walk into the hotel bar and you're greeted by Petros, the bar manager, who's always ready with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Then there's Kosta, the friendly bartender who's a master at crafting the perfect cocktail and striking up a conversation. Together, they create a cozy spot where every drink comes with a side of friendliness and hospitality. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed coming to the piano bar every evening for a drink before dinner because of how lovely and friendly everyone is. Petros, Kosta and the team have made our evening every night and never fail to disappoint, ensuring our snacks are always fresh and our drinks are always full.

It's very nice for humans from North-Western Europe during this time of year. And doing aquagym with the Entertainment Team and our blind delegation is LEGENDARY! And of course the food & drink! We enjoyed the all-inclusive arrangement. I got at least one extra plate every meal. :D AND COCKTAILS It's the first time for me in Paradise. And yes, Paradise has a dark side to it. Also, war & terrorism are unfortunately never far away in the digital phone age. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to anyone who can handle a little drama. It's worth it!

Don't take any notice of what love holidays promote. It's not as advertised. 5*? More like 2/3*! All inclusive isn't all inclusive! You only have 1 bar & restaurant to use, unless you upgrade to ultra all inclusive at around €25-€40 per night per person. The themed restaurants are bookable at a charge of €10 per person. The room we stayed in was out dated, marked tops, broken drawers. However, the view was fantastic as we had a sea view. You don't get tea or coffee in the room Although there is a nespresso coffee machine to use which can be brought from the shop at €5€7 for 10 pods. The food was the same most days/nights, chicken & pork salad etc most staff were rude, rushing around to get tables cleared etc. Drinks never came as requested! We went out most nights as there is restaurants near by, but if your on a budget beware. Pool was freezing, refreshing when it's hot! There is a big scramble in the mornings to get beds, there is signs up saying no holding beds but it's in English but id say there are atleast 90% of Germans at the hotel! Car hire is a good price! Hired a car for €180 for a week! No deposit etc bookable at the hotel.

Just got back from 10 days in Rhodes stayed at rodos palace, we had a lovely time! Staff all work very hard and welcoming. The reps Alexandra, Maddy and Luca are all amazing full of energy and fun! All the waiting on/bar staff very accommodating, even when the main restaurant gets busy they still try their very best. Cleaners cleaned our room everyday and even laid our pjs out on the beds for us. We will definitely be back to Rodos in the future, we enjoyed all of our meals on the all inclusive also. The older gentleman that does the waiting on in the gallery cafe through the day was such a nice friendly gentleman we enjoyed our daily chats with him, we was very sad to leave thank you for making our holiday amazing and hopefully see you all again soon 🇬🇷 x

What you book isn’t what you get.! The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It is more like a 2. The room we stayed in was definitely not what we booked. It was falling apart, dirty and outdated. The sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. We asked for them to be changed which they said they did, so we *****ped the sheets and they just put the dirty ones back on.! The ceiling panels were broken and falling off. The bathroom ceiling panels move and we thought we were being spied on. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The kettled leaked, the fridge didn’t work and the safe was broken. How they thought the room was acceptable is mind blowing. We thought we were put in a staff members room. There was blood on the mirror. The wardrobe was dirty. The only thing that was great about the room was the view - that was stunning but everything inside the room was the complete opposite. The staff were extremely rude. I can’t express how rude they were. We booked all inclusive but that wasn’t what we got. You are limited from what bars and restaurants you can go to. If you wanted to upgrade your all inclusive to ultra so you can use the pool bar etc. that would cost you 25 euros per person per day - and you had to do that for the duration of your stay not for a one off thing. The food was disgusting and often repetitive. The entertainment staff were the only nice people in the hotel and one older waiter who worked in the dining hall. On arrival we wasn’t welcomed or greeted as soon as we walked up to the reception the first thing he said was “you pay 70 euro” when we questioned it and asked why he became extremely angry and literally shouted “it’s for the government”. Once we had paid it he then gave us our room key. No instructions to where anything is. We asked if there was anywhere we could get some water and he said no everything is closed and then we walked away. There isn’t enough cushions for the sun beds which left a lot on people having to lay on wooden slats. There were a lot of broken sun beds as well, one literally broke as a woman sat on it. People were removing peoples towels and belongings when they went to the bar or toilet to take their cushions off their beds. The hotel next door seemed to be so much better and they often looked and sounded like they were having a great time. Evening entertainment wasn’t great, there were a South African singing group who were absolutely brilliant and another acrobatic group who was good as well other than that is wasn’t worth staying for. I could go on about what we and other holiday makers went through during our stay but I would be here all day. I strongly don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Greece is a beautiful country and I’m sure there are some lovely hotels around but it’s definitely not this one.

Luca was absolutely amazing. He works in the animation centre and is a team leader he really throws himself into his job and brings such a good a**osphere and a smile to every person. You could easily have a chat with him and have a laugh, i can’t wait to come back next year and see him again:)
