The duplex: The first storey consists in a fully equipped kitchen opened to a living area with living side (TV) and double sofa. The double bedroom and the bathroom (with shower) are in the second storey. The duplex can welcome up to 5 persons thanks to an extra bed (for children) available on request. And for sunny days, you will enjoy to sit on the little court. Entrance: The studio is located in a house. You will also find the Ixelles 2, 3 and 4 apartments in the same house. If you travel by group, the Fernand Coq is located in the neighboring house.\nThe neighborhood: Ixelles is a living, multicultural and full of hot spots quarter! The apartment enjoys a nice location and you will have every facility at hand: Place Fernand Cocq, at a 4 minutes' walk: restaurants, bars, snack bars, chemists… and at a 5 minutes' walk, near the Chaussée d'Ixelles: a laundry room, little stores, a bookshop, supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour) and many boutiques.Try exotic flavored dishes! Walk just 10 minutes and meet the Saint-Boniface Place where a dozen international restaurants, bars and terraces will tickle your taste buds.
