I stayed at the point hotel for 4 nights. Checked in late and had a room service. Food was nice and arrived quickly. Breakfast choices are plenty of hot and cold food options. The furniture in the restaurant is tired but it does the job. Nice and clean shower. Big desk and extra comfy seats in the room. TV wouldn’t switch on but I wasn’t in the room most of them. The Metro station is not far from the hotel to go to the old city. Overall it is a decent hotel at a decent price.

OUR ROOM HAD VERY BEAUTIFUL BOSPHORUS VIEW. THE STAFF (especially the reception staff and the ladt at AVENUE) was wonderful. The hotel was renewed. Its restaurant HÜNKAR is a very reputable brand. We ate there and it was very delicious

Stayed for two nights recently, travelling on work. The pool is super, large and wonderfully cool on a hot day. There is a nice outside area for sunbathing and you may even be able to order a drink. Breakfast is a busy, but comprehensive affair. No complaints. Staff at the front desk are super, friendly, charming and could not have been more helpful. Rooms are a little bit tired and in need of a refurb. Air-conditioning is rather anaemic which could be an issue at the height of summer. Overall no complaints, competitively priced and would return

Eren Tone (Bellboy), always smiling and friendly with the group Erhan Koca (waiter), despite his language skills, always knew how to give the best service Mustafa Donmez(Exe.Chef), very attentive to please the customer. breakfast is always fantastic. The hotel really exceeded expectations. The English communication at the front desk of the hotel is very smooth. The little brother will help you with your luggage and take you to the room. This was the best hotel experience we have had in Istanbul given that We have stayed in many hotels there before. This was a super charming and clean hotel. Excellent friendly staff who spoke English well, especially the manager Tamer who went above and beyond in accommodating and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We truly felt like we were family and not guests. We appreciate everything he and the staff did for us, it was a very warm and inviting experience. Also excellent housekeeping services which met our needs at any given hour. We look forward to returning here and highly recommend friends and family to book a room at this charming friendly hotel.

Had a one night stay at the hotel during a brief business trip to Istanbul. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location and price per night. When the surrounding hotels (Hyatt and Wyndhams) were going for €120+ per night, this was around €50 and in my opinion, better than the premium brand neighbors. The checkin was excellent with the COVID-19 precautions very evident. We were given complimentary masks and social distancing was encouraged. The room was spotless and there were seals on the doors to say the room was sanitized. After a great nights sleep on a good bed, the breakfast, which was included in the price was freshly prepared, excellent and huge! Parking was free outside the hotel and as it was in a leafy side street, was a very quiet neighborhood. There is a large range of restaurants, pubs and clubs within fifteen minutes walk of the hotel. Highly recommended and we will return
