Good hotel. I usually choose the Ibis chain of hotels when I travel. There are some suggestions for improving the condition of the room in terms of freshness of renovation and cleanliness. Overall, good. Excellent view from the window. Excellent service. I recommend!

The hotel was clean. It's what you expect from Ibis international brand. The rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was superb with many options of both hot and cold items. The lobby, restaurant, and lounge was all nicely renovated and modern. It's close walking distance to several malls and restaurants. We chose this hotel because it was in a busy area but close to the international school where our children had a basketball tournament. Dinner options were great at the nearby Marmara Park Mall. My biggest complaint was the check-in process. I checked in with my 13-year old daughter. Upon check-in, they asked for passport or local identity card. I had mine in my wallet, but i forgot my daughter's. Usually, in hotels in Turkey, if you forget to bring it, they ask you to show a copy. I showed them on my phone a copy of her id. But it took so long for the check-in person to make phone calls and verify if this was okay. First of all, nowhere in any of the confirmation emails did it say we needed to bring this, especially for a minor. And it took way too long for us to get our room key and check-in. I don't know what they would have done? Were they gonna ask my 13-year-old daughter to sleep outside, or in the lobby? Even if I didn't have a copy, they should have gone above and beyond in customer service to allow her to stay. I personally know that they just need her identity details to report every night to the authorities who is staying in their hotel. They can easily try to work with me and make us feel comfortable. My other complaint was the speed of the wifi in my room. Several times, there was no connection, or I got kicked off, and had to login again. Don't expect great streaming on your devices in this hotel.

I chose a queen bed. He said he would come back to check in at 2 pm to go shopping, but when he came back around 3 pm, he asked me to make do with 2 small beds. They said they had no choice but to use artificial extra beds. Then I stopped asking for it. After checking out, the hotel called an Istanbul taxi for me. The driver said the hotel said 850 and he didn't want me to go to the airport 950. The driver was disrespectful. He was driving on the expressway and asked me to sit in front or park on the side of the road for 20 minutes, etc. What he said was too revealing. I'm a little scared about the security in Istanbul. Please ask the hotel to carefully select the passenger's car. Focus on customer safety.

Very good location close to airport, very clean with comfortable bed, the staff were very kind and helpful even I had a very late check in Mr Alican at the reception made very easy and smooth.

The chain is still guaranteed, and the facilities are okay, but the room is a little small. Opposite is the parkinn hotel restaurant, there is a supermarket at the gas station, and it is a 10-minute drive from the convention and exhibition center, which is quite convenient. The breakfast variety is mediocre and acceptable.
