Mr. Melih, nice opportunity to meet you. I would like to thank you for the kind reception and hospitality. It was an excellent experience choosing to stay with you in this wonderfully clean, comfortable, quiet and orderly hotel. The reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, courteous and respectful. In short, everything was great about the hotel. I wish you and the hotel family success and continuity in providing all that is special to the hotel residents. This hotel will definitely be my first choice in any next visit to Istanbul. There is no water bottle when you check in for welcome No trash can in the room No glass for you to drink your own water, juices..etc No slippers for wc, not even basic plastic slippers, just god awful paper ”slippers” that amount to walking barefoot No direction of Qibla No way to smoke except for standing outside the hotel God awful buffet in breakfast, no variety in foods for different cultures and countries No tread piece of shoes, if the weather is rainy you know your room will be god clay covered No balconies Very not inclusive policies, if you bring food into your room, you pay a fare, you have to bring it to the hotel's ”restaurant” to eat it, for you to pay a fare as well for bringing ”food from outside” If you open your window and smoke, you pay a fare as well, 50-100$ish If they spot any signs of food/eating in the room, even snacks, or a smell of a cigg, even if mininal, when they clean daily, you pay a fare You can't control the condistioner temp at all, nor is the tv of any good Been to 4* star hotels, some in European countries, this is by far the worst, like they have a bare minimum checklist from city mayor or something they had to abide and nothing more then they added all their anti visitor policies, didn't feel inclusive or welcoming at all, except for great staff who try to provide you with leeways around the policies I usually enjoy resting in 4* hotels, I didn't here

Clean rooms, close location for Fetih district, but still some 600 meter walking distance to Tram. If you fancy living in old district, this is the place to be. But after a few days, you may wish to move to the more affluent areas so you can experience the modern Istanbul. Service is good, front desk is quite helpful. Value for money .

Breakfast was excellent, hygiene fantastic service normally very good, However, I returned but my reservation was on the following day I asked to leave my heavy luggage At the hotel for the following stay the staff on duty on the 27-4-21 the bell boy & reception man was rude even though I stayed one week previously.that staff at 3.00PM were rude and disrespectful so I cancelled my stay and took my heavy lugguage to another hotel. He was a pig reception man But the lady previously was fantastic and also the other bell boy.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April 2022, we first intended to be here for a couple of days only but were pleasantly satisfied with all we were offered so we extended the visit for 4 night more. We were given better rooms than we have booked, by the way. The staff at a hotel is very accommodating, solved all our questions quickly, the breakfast if nice with rich choice of greens, cheeses, sausages, omlets, hot food and yummy Turkish helva. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet place in historical Fatih district with walking distance to Grand bazaar, Ayay Sifia, Blue mosque and other sights. Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes walk to major tourist sites. First room they put us in was next to the lift so everytime the lift moved it felt and sounded like an earthquake. They moved us immediately which was good to a bigger room. The internet in this hotel is non existent it only barely works in the reception. I complained several times and a technician was sent but it did not improve. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeper/maid was very good and very polite. Towels looked like they had not been changed since the 1980s all falling apart. Water was cold unless u left it on for 5 minutes to worm up and water pressure was poor. There was no breakfast available for the time we were there we were told to go to the next hotel. The reception staff did not speak good English and were rude and not listening to what I was saying, telling me ”you are wrong” when I was clearly right, he was just talking about something else. The only saving grace for this hotel was the porters especially sabrt who was polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the local area and could bot have helped us more. I suggest to the management if they are reading this that they put the porters on reception and the receptionist as porters. The porters speak good English and have manners and know how to speak to people. If it had not been for Sabrt then this would have been a complete disaster. Thank you sabrt keep up the good work it was a pleasure meeting you. From the big guy.

Stayed in hotel for couple of days to visit Istanbul, all staff was extremely nice and communicative. They we open for any kind of questions and responded in english. Room that we had was really nice, beds were comfortable, layout of the room was great so it felt quite spacious. Bathroom was also quite big.

The staff was nice. If you’re in Istanbul for shopping then you’ll like this hotel because it’s near many stores, restaurants and the Grand Bazaar. They offer same day Covid test and you can make a taxi reservation to the airport 4 hours prior.

We are staying in this hotel right now and it is simply amazing. I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel as there weren't that many reviews. I took a gamble and it is well worth it. It is bit on the expensive side but amenities make up for the additional cost. Hotel was opened a couple of years ago but due to pandemic it has hardly been used. Pretty much everything looks brand new. Pros: We are in a triple room with a balcony and it is very spacious. There is a mini fridge in the room along with a large cabinet. Interestingly, TV is hidden in the large mirror in the middle of the room so it serves dual purpose. Air conditioner is solid and it got quite cold at night. As it is a newer hotel, they have incorporated a few new technologies. One strange thing; there is a window in the bathroom that faces the room. Why? 😂. If your room faces the street, it can get a bit noisy. But not enough to bother. Breakfast was simply awesome. Selection was quite large. Breakfast is served on the rooftop which has a fantastic view of Laleli Camii. Breakfast is probably the highlight of our stay! There is a spa/hammam in the building. Hammam is supposedly free from 2 to 6pm. But I haven't tried it yet. There is a swimming pool across the street in their sister hotel called Beethoven Premium. No swimming pool in this building. There is a small area to pray, mescit, in the basement. Majority of the staff is friendly. One of the receptionists could use a little more welcoming smile. Hotel is in the commercial shopping market. Majority of the attractions are a good 15 to 20 minutes walk. And it is not a straight walk as there are a lots of ups and downs as Istanbul terrain is quite hilly. There are a few restaurants near by. Famous Laleli Camii (masjid) is three minutes walk. It is an ideal hotel for a business person. Families/vacationers who want to stay closer to the attractions should try something a bit closer to attractions. Overall an amazing hotel.

It has been 2 days in this 4-star hotel, not as we mean you in Europe/ Italy ( let's mean ). Located in the center etc etc I don't dilish on this part so obviously just see the location.The size of the decent room, small bed bathroom with so much things to improve cleaning first and then functional things like the shower door who opens outwards by swallowing the bathroom if you don't hurry to close it after washing, the plastic tablet that moves when you sit and so on. What was most disturbing me was that if I left the window open, the absurd noises of the house's air conditioners were in front if I closed the window and lighted the air conditioner was adjusted to a maximum of 27th and I died cold, for 2 nights I have been very badly sleeping. The problem has also had other friends in different rooms. They have a restaurant at the latest floor with a beautiful view of nothing to say. I have dinned for 2 days in this hotel and I have to say I eat good things. I jumped that salad for breakfast, and it wasn't inspired me, and I eaten bread and marble.

The Gold Hotel is in the center of Istanbul. It was surprised that the hotel has only three stars. The hotel corresponds to at least four or higher. Clean, beautiful, quiet. Free coffee and water from the cooler all day. polite staff. Delicious breakfast (swedish table with a large range), full set of towels. All wonderful. We had a three-bedroom, small but the bathroom (shower) was quite spacious and comfortable.

The location is excellent, shopping is very convenient, about 300 meters from the subway station. The breakfast is very rich and authentic Turkish cuisine. The room is a bit small and the Bosphorus can be seen in the top floor restaurant. beautiful view!

Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. Morning breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety. Rooms are big with many kind of coffee and biscuits for free. Also available mini bar in room for those who they like alcohol. I am very satisfied give 10 out of 10 points

A small boutique hotel close to the most important sights and attractions of Istanbul, small but comfortable rooms (very comfortable beds, air conditioning), good breakfasts, excellent service very good speaking in I. The hotel is an ideal base for the ”old city” to Grand Bazaar a few minutes on the feet of one of the main streets of Istanbul.
