HAN 1772 Hotel

Как я хотела, как я мечтала оказаться в этом отеле! Когда увидела фото влюбилась, в атмосферу! И какого было мое разочарование когда я заселилась. Возможно это моя невнимательность, но обращаю Ваше внимание, что в номерах окна выходя в атриум отеля, а не на улицу! У вас нет возможности проветрить комнату или открыть окно и чувствовать себя в уединении. И это основной огромный минус! В номере был запах, я до сих пор не понимаю чем пахло, я попросила переселить меня в другой номер или хотя бы понюхать другой номер, но мне отказали. Менеджер отеля прошел в мой номер и сказал, что он не чувствует запах и оставил меня в номере. Я не считаю, что это сервис отела 5 звезд! Все вещи по возвращению домой чем-то пахнут. Из-за отсутствия свежего воздуха вся атмосфера номера уже меня не интересовала. Внизу отеля модный ресторана, где отдыхают очень приличные люди и конечно играет музыка минимум до 23:00, а ты в это время лежишь у себя в темнице без окон и слушаешь это всё. на хороший интернет не надейтесь его нет в отеле. Завтрак: сет меню, тебе приносят стандартный набор ( оливки, аджика, сырная тарелка, хлебная тарелка, тост в яйце, кусочек борек, шок.паста, халва и то яйцо которое ты выберешь) ты можешь выбрать только чай или кофе и вид омлета. У меня было две ночи и следовательно два завтрака и я хочу сказать, что наполнение сырной тарелки отличалось. Официанты говорят только на английском, мне было не очень комфортно. Голодными только не уйдете, продукты свежие. Чай ходят подливают. Фильтр кофе в первый не доливали. Вывод такой, если хочется атмосферу номера и вы готовы проснуться без окон, то на одну ночь можно! 芳香剤の匂いで酔ってしまいました。たまたまかもしれませんが、部屋の中のフレグランスが強く換気をしようとしても窓がないので外の空気を入れられません。内廊下側の入口ドアをしばらく開けましたが、匂いが消えませんでした。 チェックアウトして外のクリアな空気を吸えてホッとしました。

We were last here in October last year and were completely blown away then. This time is no different. The central location, the history, the design, and the sheer visual impact of the place are worth every cent of the price of the stay. Half the appeal of travel is the places you go, and the other half is the people you meet. The first people you meet at Han 1772 are on reception, and that first impression sets the tone of your experience. The young men behind the desk are exceptional and are a credit to the management for showing such faith in people so young. But not just giving them a chance to prove themselves, they are also prepared to promote them on merit. So, we would like to commend Ogi, Berke, Furkan and Emirhan for making our six days the best they could possibly be. It's not just their service, it's also their tips and advice on local customs, best prices, best places and safe practices. They are as much city guides as they are hotel staff. They were a large part of our enjoyment of the hotel, as much as the unique nature of the place itself. They were also always up for a bit of fun and made our stay all the more memorable.

The very best luxe hotel with wonderful caring staff. Exceptional service from everyone on reception to waiters and the room attendants. Beautiful rooms cleverly combining the old and new. Great location just near Spice Bazaar and waterfront so all transport is close and it’s very easy to get around. Restaurants in the area are great too. Highly recommend 👍

We had an amazing stay. The atmosphere is magical. Takes you back to the centuries ago. Staff is so helpful and kind. Especially Gaffur from reception. He is a true gentleman and gem for the hotel. We will definitely come back. Thank you for unforgettable experience

Well, what can I say? This is an absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived we were transported back in time to an Agatha Christie novel! Such is the opulence of this amazing hotel. Situated in a lively street, not far from the very heart of this wonderful city, surrounded by architectural and historical delights – this hotel cannot fail to engender a feeling of opulence when one arrives at the portico. Entering this magnificent facade one is greeted by amazing staff members – all of whom are very knowledgeable in the history of the city and also very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke perfect English. The rooms are both interesting and comfortable. Ours had a very high ceiling with a plethora of architectural detail. The bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast was absolutely stupendous – silver service attentiveness at every turn. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! If you are coming to Istanbul then this is the place to be. There is just one downside – the spiral staircase that transports guess to the elevated plateau above the chandelier lit dining area isn’t really suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
