Accueil sympathique. Hotel en plein centre mais très difficile pour se garer. La circulation est aussi difficile. Le mieux est d’aller en taxi. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. No parking, no reception and no safety, the roads were really narrow and the area around the hotel was very dark we couldn’t find anywhere to park our car. The area was filthy with dirt and dust , when we asked the man about the hotel safety, he was rude and didn’t really help. There was only one picture for describing the hotel which was not clear. I think they should be honest when describing the hotel.

The pictures is different from reality! Very bad conditions and no money back! The manager block me to not call him for my money. Booking also has no refund my money. NOT RECOMANDE . AVOIDE THIS PROPERTY !!!

First of all the picture is nothing like that advertised! That is the hotel at the end of the street, so the picture means nothing. Complete disaster - owners need to go on a customer-awareness course. Have never experience such dogged, unhelpful attitude Liked · There is very little to like about this property. Just imagine a Middle Ages slum. The best thing about the property was that it had a lift. Disliked · The owners are money- grabbing low-lifes! We arrived the following day due to conditions beyond our control - only to see that our reservation, paid in full for 5 days for 2 rooms had been cancelled because we were late arriving! We paid again for another booking for 4 days. The owners refused to refund us. Under UK law such cancellation would be considered a breach of contract. Despite a request from our agency to make a refund the owners still refused. Anyway, the property is on a steep hill in a dingy alleyway. the room was very small and there was dust on many surfaces - especially the hairdrier. A lot of fitments were broken such as the mirror shelf in the bathroom where just two brackets stuck out of the wall. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. There is no periodic cleaning or emptying of rubbish bin - we had to make a special request. The tv did not connect to any channel and despite promising to fix it, the owners failed to attend to the problem. The manager said they would make a refund when we arrived but failed to do so subsequently. In their feedback they said that they lose money and we damage the property if we cancel - but we didnt cancel -they did! We just arrived late. What kind of upside-down ******* logic is that? They should look at their reviews and realise that an ignorant and unhelpful attitude costs them $$$$s! Also on the other site it appears there are a lot of fake reviews giving the property 10/10...but then you see the real reviews which are actually between 1 and 6. This property would never achieve a 10, sorry to say.

That should not be on *******, a place só dirty, i was afraid All nights, no respect , the owner wanted to put me in another place, so rud!! I hated , Hope that ******* should give me my money back for the incovenience

I do not recommend area to get to the Main Street it’s hard walk

Zimmer war katastrophal und dreckig und wir haben kein City View gehabt. die Bilder auf ******* waren komplett fern von der Realität. Manager des Hotels komplett unfreundlich
