Excellent location ,very kind and helpful staff,clean rooms ,no problems at all and we had 2 rooms No view but we did not ask for one anyway Bfast had lottttts of food also Also used massage parlour which was good.

Not fit for human occupation. This hotel needs to be shut down by the health authorities. The staff are absolutely horrible. Rooms are filthy. burnt curtains and beds. wall have dirt marks all over. bathroom leaks continuously. the rooms are not sound proof and so you can hear the entire floor chatting. The receptionist says he just works here and cant do anything about the state of the place. the manager is never at the hotel, however when we spoke to him on the phone he basically told us to get lost and refused to refund us for remaining nights. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

Being a frequent traveller and this being my 15th time in Istanbul..I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a hotel like this. The price was cheap at 50 euros per night so we wasn’t expecting a 5* hotel. However, when we arrived at the desk after booking the hotel 4 months in advance the hotel had cancelled our booking on the day. After reading some reviews, I’ve realised this is a common occurrence and the hotel do this as some type of scam. They allow you to book the room, but if there are people willing to pay more then they will cancel your booking although they have charged you. We received a message from *********** when we arrived at the hotel to say that the hotel had overbooked and cancelled our booking. This left us in a very vulnerable situation as we had to go search ourselves for hours for other hotels nearby for availability. Due to it being a busy weekend in Istanbul, the hotels were all full. After speaking to the receptionist and explaining the situation he managed to get a room for the night at this hotel but it was the biggest regret of my life! When I first walked in the room I noticed a smoke smell and stains and cigarette burns on the sheets that ‘appeared’ clean-ish. However for the price we paid, and the location was good so I didn’t want to complain any further. However after laying on the bed for a few minutes I started to itch my skin and noticed what appeared like bed bugs on the ‘white’ sheets. After lifting the sheet up I realised it had not be cleaned and we were sleeping on used unclean sheets. The bed had what appeared to be blood, semen, faces, maggots on there. In total shock I went to speak to the receptionist downstairs to have a look for himself. He told me to just cover the blood and sleep on it. They cancelled our booking at first last minute, charged us money and did not want to issue a refund. This hotel is scam and I’m urging you to avoid this at all costs.
