Small family run hotel in Istanbul. Friendly helpful reception staff. Would rate it as 3* maximum, no more. Stayed 3 nights in May 2024 in a superior single room. Rooms small but clean. Turkish breakfast adequate. No butter though! Rooftop bar ok but drinks expensive & cocktails (mojito) not very nice. Free Wi-Fi available but very slow. Photos of hotel much better than reality. No hot water on one occasion due to a leak in another room. Room 202 looks out onto a building site, not attractive!

Perfectly located near Hagya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, Cistern Basilica and the tram stop, this hotel looks a bit old fashioned despite a freshly renovation. Rooms are poorly sunproofed, so it can be quite annoying, sold with balcony but it's only a door window you can open....Comfy bed but the pillow is hard as rock, new shower well equipped, kettle, mini bar empty, so nothing special to be remembered. A boring and tasteless breakfast, fried eggs usually cold ( we stayed there 6 nights ), no good croissants, pastries, no good cheese, even tea was too strong for enjoying it. We got a free pass for the spa, but the unfriendly woman in charge of it, won't push you to come a second time. This hotel is definitely overrated in terms of price and services, and must be ranked in 3 star hotel and not 4...

1- Hotel is located in a very inconvienent location, taxis cannot get there between 10AM and 11:59pm, you have to walk for 300 meters to get to your hotel with your luggage. 2- I booked a double bed and 2 single bed room, I was given a double bed and 1 single bed only, they said they other room wasn't available and that the booking agency (Orbitz) made a mistake. 3- Hotel Breakfast is a joke, it has very few options, with only boiled eggs, no omelets or a decent cereal!. 4- Burger ordered from room service was one of the worst I had ever! 5- Bed blankets consists of only bed sheet, no blanket what so ever. 6- Hotel staff would try to sell you tours, if you do not agree, they will not be very helpful in teaching you how to get their on your own. 7- I lost my access card, and I spent the last 2 days calling the receiptionest to unlock the room for me because their card access system is not working properly! 8- Given the circumstances, I ordered an early check out and moved to another hotel. I ordered a partial refund but the hotel refused!

Thieves Little familie room Breakfast is not good and not turkisch stijl. The place fatih is good. Central ! A lot of restaurants nearby. Its expensive sometimes. They clean the room very good. But again they are thiefes @ the reception. Dont book here

absolutely appalling hotel got treated bad by workers and the food here was awful. DO NOT bring ur family here this is not a safe environment to bring children .Overall a 0/10 experience i am never coming back here again and i recommend you all stay away

GUYS if your coming Istanbul stay AWAY from this hotel. As soon as I got their they tried charge me £150 extra as I accidentally put my child as 7 years of age instead of 8 on their website. I was like ***!!? Then we got to the room and the carpet must of been in for about 20 years. The balcony is very dangerous for children and their is no safety measures what so ever. The beds are uncomfortable and so was the pillow. On their website it said ' city view ' but it was a construction view with buildings damaged and work ongoing. THE BREAKFAST - is the worse breakfast you will ever have. Their is no variety and the food which was presented was shocking. I repeat the breakfast was disgusting. The manager ( which was not Ali ) was very very rude and didn't even offer an apology. In the end I had to spend another £200 and check out half was through my trip and go to another hotel. Istanbul is a great place and the people are amazing but THIS hotel is shambles 😡 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK

Never ever visiting again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone… Treated us a family very poorly, staff were rude and have no customer service skills. On top of that, it was VERY unsafe. Balcony was ready to fall off so couldn’t even let the kids go out on the balcony…
