Retro 9 Homes & Suites Istanbul

Meslektaşlarım ve ben İstanbul'daki Retro 9 Homes & Suites'te son derece kötü bir konaklama yaşadık. İş seyahatindeydik ve 6 oda kiraladık. Şaşırtıcı bir şekilde, temizlik görevlileri sadece 6 odadan 1'ini temizledi! Bunu dile getirdiğimizde, personel tamamen ilgisiz ve küçümseyici davrandı. Daha da kötüsü, check-out sonrası bagajımızı saklamayı reddettiler, uçuşumuzun 20:20'de olmasına rağmen. Beklerken herhangi bir tesisi kullanmamıza da izin vermediler. Personel tek bir kelime İngilizce bilmiyordu ve Google Translate aracılığıyla iletişim kurmaya çalıştığımızda, son derece kaba bir tonla yanıt verdiler. Bu oteldeki profesyonellik ve temel nezaket eksikliği inanılmaz. Bir daha ASLA geri dönmeyeceğiz ve herkesi farklı bir otel seçmeleri konusunda güçlü bir şekilde uyarıyoruz. Kendinize bir iyilik yapın ve bu yerden uzak durun! --- My colleagues and I had an absolutely atrocious stay at Retro 9 Homes & Suites in Istanbul. We were on a business trip and rented 6 rooms. Shockingly, housekeeping only cleaned 1 out of the 6 rooms! When we brought this up, the staff was completely unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, they refused to store our luggage after check-out, despite our flight not being until 8:20 PM. We were also denied the use of any facilities while we waited. The staff didn't speak a single word of English, and when we tried to communicate via Google Translate, they responded in an extremely rude tone. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at this hotel is beyond belief. We will NEVER go back, and we strongly urge everyone to choose a different hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
