Nice location, though be aware, certain hours during the weekend the streets around the hotel are closed for traffic, and becoming a pedestrian mall..,making it a bit of a hustle to reach the hotel especially if you have suitcases…

Best part of the hotel is the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and were great to our daughter. Even gave her a Nazar as a gift when we checked out. Breakfast selection was great. Hotel is close walking distance from historic sites. Also, the bar tender was very friendly and fun to talk while having some drinks after a long day.

Nice hotel downtown, nice breakfast and the inside is charming.
A bad point :
The hotel offers 60euros shuttle to come from the airport.
Avoid it. normal price for a taxi is around 15 to 20 euros and we had to wait 30 minutes for other passenger even if they were not going to the same hotel.
Even with that they wanted to charge 10% extra because we wanted to pay by card as we mentioned in the reservation.
Deceiving way to treat a customer.

Ideally located in the heart of the old town it's a dream of a small luxury botique hotel and ideal for any first time visitor to Istanbul. Our room no.209 looked out to the front of the hotel and had everything we needed. If staying for 4 or 5 days I would efinitely recommend booking a larger room as the standard rooms looked compact.
We would definitely return. Lovely staff and quality hotel in an ideal location for all the sights.
