Long Stay Istanbul

Otel konumu ve olanaklarıyla çok iyiydi. Konaklamadan önce yorumları okudum, genelde herkes otelden memnundu ancak civardaki sokağın eğiminden ve seslerden rahatsız olduğunu dile getirmişti. Evet kaldığım oda ve otel harikaydı. Görevli kişiler de çok iyi ve yardımseverdi. Çok eğimli ve gürültülü bir yer değil. Gidenler biraz abar**ış. Taksim bölgesinde hem uygun fiyatla hem de kaliteli, konforlu bir yerde konaklanabilecek sayılı yerlerden birisi.

開始特意很攜程詢問訂的不是地下室，結果來了發現窗户外是這樣的，後來要加錢才給換真正的窗户的，攜程給了補貼，房間裏面都不錯乾淨，齊全。不過第二天續訂後又出問題，説是已經滿了，必須換個低層的放間，問題是這個低層房還看不了，不知道窗户外又是什麼，因為要等住裏面的人退房，本來想出去逛逛的，那必須要等到下午才能出去，於是就沒再住了，因為這一天都耽誤了，臨時又不給延遲退房，後來很他們説有寶寶，然後攜程又幫忙才延了一小時，導致匆忙訂的下個酒店衹選了一個入住人，導致到店要加錢，不過其它省不是這樣，臨走時酒店突然噴漆，味道太大了，寶寶正在吃飯，嗆的難受，本來續訂後打算出去吃的，現在衹能在房裡吃，蝴蝶效應，酒店本身硬件很好，其它還差一點

I loved my stay! My first day the shower was broken and they fixed everything immediately! The communication was good and the staff was lovely, the appar**ent is clean and gets cleaned everyday. It is so close to everything and the street has the best vibes. As a solo female traveller i felt so safe and enjoyed my stay very much. They really try their best to make everything as good for you as possible.

The staff was amazing. They always helped and answered our questions. As two female travellers we always felt safe. The location is a great, taksim is close to most tourist places by buses or walk, however, since Istanbul is mostly steep walking be prepared to walk on steep hills a lot. Can be a bit challenging with big luggage. Overall, The rooms were great and we loved it there !

Hotel had 9 score but so noisy, No Cleaning. Location is easy.

Amazing room and staff! Will book when in Istanbul. 10/10

I was disappointed with the room for the price we paid. Would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

My husband and I had a trip to istanbul in last april. We picked up this hotel because of the location, safty and cleen and the comments of the other travellers.The hotel was compatible with that comments , a cosy hotel with nice staffs specialy Mr Sina. He is persian and he helped us very much.Our room was big for Istanbul. It had one bedroom.The bed was comfortable.Living room had sofas and small dining table with chairs. There was a small kitchen with it's stuff that was enough for us. Bathroom was clean. The room was tidied up every day. There were a supermarket next to the hotel and a good resturant in front of the hotel.Its street was safe and had a lot of stores. Location of the hotel is far from the main street just 100meter. Only the negative point is the slope of the avenue of course it is a short distance. I recomend this hotel to all of my friends and if I go Istanbule again, defenitly I'll stay here.
