This is a hotel where every detail is thoughtful and delightful. The lobby has a stunning modern mosaic wall, a patisserie, a library, and a staff that delights in showing off this hotel. The rooms are sumptuous with useful toiletries. The rooftop restaurant has a nice selection of food and drink and an amazing view, perfect for sunsets.

This hotel is amazing. Excellent location to see all the sites: bazaars, Blue Mosque, Cistern, Hagia Sophia, New Mosque, waterfront, all within walking distance. There is no M lounge, but there’s a small mezzanine room that offers coffee, tea, and water. Our breakfast was free because of status and it was amazing. The rooftop restaurant offers spectacular views. The room and bedding were very comfortable. I regret not “borrowing” a pillow to take home! Sooo soft. LOL. Our flight home was super early and they surprised us with sandwiches and orange juice. PRO: location, staff (they helped us order a pizza our last night!!), breakfast, housekeeping, smell of in-room soap and shampoo, full dental kits….everything!!! CON: two silly cons. So. Many. Blue. Indicator. Lights!! I appreciate the technology of the room, but we had to tape cardboard over some of the features to sleep. Figuring out the room lighting was a constant comedy. Other con was the bathroom design. Very open concept and probably not suitable for family with children or people who don’t know each other intimately. Even as a married couple of 20+ years it got weird. We 1000% loved our stay.

Fabulous hotel in a great location! I stayed here for five nights in June 2024. First notable thing was just how incredibly friendly, helpful and professional all the staff were — from the front desk managers, room attendants to everyone at the restaurant and bar! The design of the rooms is a true standout…I wish my bedroom looked like that. Every detail was considered from the beautiful green wall color, to the heavy drapes and matching desk, chandelier, etc….very stylish. The room was comfortable and spacious; perfect bed; excellent AC; coffee maker in the room, etc. The rooftop bar and restaurant are excellent and have an incredible view of the city. Delicious Turkish breakfast every morning and drinks every evening after sightseeing. The gym is pretty nice for a hotel gym and I used it every day. They have a dumbbell rack and enough other equipment you can get a decent workout. Location is great — easy walk to the major sites but also close to the bridge to walk across the river. Excellent restaurants nearby too.

The Orient Occidental is 5 star by all measures. The front desk staff, especially Furkan, went above and beyond making us welcome. Housekeeping is paramount to our comfort and they were superior. The kitchen and wait staff provided hot, delicious, and timely meals at our request. We are already planning on returning in 2025.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The location is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. This made us feel very welcome and well cared for. The facilities are lovely and well-maintained. There are plenty of options for relaxation, like the pool and spa, which added to our enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep every night. Overall, the beautiful location, friendly staff, excellent facilities, and comfortable bedding made our stay perfect.

We had a great experience at this wonderful new hotel. Pros -New, immaculate rooms. Not huge but decent size and design. -Well located in Old Town - 10 minute walk to attractions like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, waterfront, etc. -Very polite and professional staff always asking if they can help. -Outstanding terrace restaurant with expansive views of Istanbul. A massive breakfast served everyday here. -A block away from where you can catch yellow cabs and Uber since they are not allowed within Old Town. Cons -Can’t really think of any.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in regarding service. From the minute you walk in the staff was at your service. Any little thing you needed was taken care of right away. I remember sneezing and someone ran over with a Kleenex, another time I dropped my fork and a staff member came in 2 seconds the replace it. They genuinely care for all their guests and go above and beyond. The rooms are a little small but very comfortable and clean. The hotel has such a charm to it and is in a good a location. I highly recommend staying here.

This was the best Autograph hotel we have ever stayed in. We stayed for 4 nights all booked separately way before the hotel was even opened. Tailan met us outside at 2am and consolidated our bookings into one and upgraded our room as well as giving us the amazing complimentary amazing breakfast which we had every morning on the newly opened roof bar. Tailan and the rest of the staff (Barak, Furqan, Jana, Abrek and Emek were all so kind and super helpful and made us feel right at home. Hotel is very nice but the staff make all the difference. We were so sad to stay our 5th night at Adahan Decamando Pera which is also a Autograph hotel. Mainly as we were so spoilt by Orient Occident.
