酒店位於亞洲區的kadikoy ，面朝博斯普魯斯海峽，距海峽輪渡碼頭很近，走路2-3分鐘就能到達。酒店兩側大大小小的餐館一個挨一個，無論向左還是向右走個百十來米就可進入叢橫交錯、熱鬧無比的小巷，小巷中餐館林立，乾果店、巧克力店、水果攤、蔬菜攤、魚店、醃菜店、旅遊紀念品店、日雜用品店、舊貨店、家居用品店、小葯店、美粧店、護膚品店、小裝飾品店、糖果店等，讓人目不暇接，可以逛到腿軟。
酒店格調復古奢華，大氣典雅，看着很享受。房間極為潔凈，可以稱得上是一塵不染。特別是衞生間地面、淋浴房地面、洗臉池枱麪沒有一點污漬水漬，就像第一次啟用一樣。
酒店服務也非常好。因航班時間較晚，結賬後我行李寄存在酒店約7、8個小時，工作人員也沒有抱怨。逛完街我回酒店等車期間，有位工作人員（是一位年紀稍長的男士）主動為我泡了一杯土耳其茶，車來後他又幫我把沉重的行李拿到了車上。當時忘記問他的名字了，在這裏再次感謝這位先生，他的服務是我體會到賓至如歸的感覺。
唯一一點小缺憾是我住的那個單人房間的床才90cm，住起來感覺太小了。

這次訂了三個晚上的酒店房間，體驗感非常不好。
1、通過代理預訂的城市景觀房，到了現場開窗後衹是一堵牆。跟接待處協調説我定的是city view room, now it is wall view，問他們有沒有搞錯。酒店確認説沒錯，這就是城市景觀房，我是被騙了。
2、我對wall view房間不滿意，加了每晚50歐元換房。晚上10點多到房間，發現被套是臟的，由於比較晚就沒通知酒店將就了一晚上。第二天一早出門辦事，寫了個note並放在床上顯眼位置要求換床單。等到晚上辦完事回來，發現竟然床單沒有更換，頓時惱火起來。打電話讓他們現場九點多，看着他們在房間更換了床單被罩。衞生和服務做得很差。
3、最後一天晚上回來，發現被罩上又有未知的頭髮，説明被罩不乾淨，又打電話讓其送被套來更換，
總體來説，這家酒店服務不太好。出現問題後處理方案也沒有讓人覺得滿意，態度冷淡。作為一家做服務業的酒店，幾次都被發現衞生都做不乾淨，這着實讓人無法理解。
以後不會選擇這家酒店了。

Convenient location next to ferries and shopping areas. For me it was not the right location as I prefer quieter areas and green areas to run Hotel had nice touches like good toiletries. Nice bathroom, shower and room was big for a single room.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in my entire life. Staff were very friendly and extremely respectful and everyone (managers and owners included) went out of their way to make sure guests wanted for nothing.

I believe its a family run hotel. I am a sucker for new hotels and liked the 5 star reviews in different sites. Also, I wanted to stay away from the touristy Sulthanamet and Karakoy areas. The good: Asian side, less than a 5 minute walk to the Kadikoy Ferry Port. Brand new ( as of 2023). Small, only 27 rooms, great bed!. Owner, Oz was very hospitable, even walked me to the port. Hotel room was spotless! Helpful staff all over the hotel. I discovered a maze of shops, restaurants, cafes, kepab eateries etc where the locals hang out, right in yhe neighbourhood behind the hotel, I ate my best meal of the trip in this area. The not so good: The hotel is great but just lacks something - it needs more character despite the luxurious facade that was attempted, if you get a sea facing room be aware that it gets pretty noisy on the road right in front of the hotel during the weekends. Entrance of hotel lacks curb appeal, I wouldn't call it luxury, perhaps a very well done 3 star hotel at best. It'll be interesting to see how they evolve over time.

The best hotel in Kadikoy district. Hotel is middle of Kadikoy district, hotel gives you easy access all amenities, hundreds of restaurants close by. I can easily say that the hotel is cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. Hotel staffs are very friendly and extremally helpful. We were very lucky to get ocean view room.
