Hotel le Druos

My wife and I spent 4 nights and 5 days at Hotel Druos in early Jan of 2024. What a wonderful experience. This hotel is great and has an A+ location. You can access the mall and have access to rental equipment, groceries, restaurants, and misc shopping without ever stepping outside. The hotel is a true ski in/ ski out and has a nice ski room to unload all of your gear for the night. Valerie and her husband are wonderful hosts, and their staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts were excellent and were a great start to the day. We had some difficulty getting to the hotel, the car we rented did not have winter tires and we got caught in a snowstorm on our way up and got stuck on a switchback corner. We contacted Valerie and she immediately arranged to have someone come pick us up but unfortunately there was a 3 bus accident right above us which blocked the road. After about 3 hours a couple from Nice let us hop in their car and they took us the rest of the way up once an alternate route was cleared. The hotel went above and beyond the next day and arranged for a car (Douglas) to take us back down to retrieve our luggage and without winter tires we left our car where it was stranded until we left. Valerie actually drove us down to our car on our final day. They went out of their way to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Isola 2000 is great skiing and very intermediate friendly. It is an older resort and purpose built for winter activities. Although the rooms in the hotel are small, they are very clean and comfortable and a great place to catch some Z's before the next days actions. We typically stay in 5 star hotels in Vail, Verbier, Kitzbuhl and would not hesitate to go back to Hotel Druos. Their service is 5+ stars. Very friendly people to boot. If you plan on driving be sure to have winter tires, otherwise arrange for a car which we highly recommend using Douglas who Valerie had arranged to bring us to retrieve our luggage. Vaierie and her team looked after us really well. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were great and the room excellent with a really powerful shower and great view from our balcony. No evening meal but in Isola it does not matter because there are so many restaurants so close. The number one attraction is that you are able to take just a few steps and you are on the the piste. The best ‘ski in, ski out’ you can imagine. The Druos is not expensive but warm, welcoming and friendly and everything you could want. I have skied in 41 resorts in Europe and America and to my mind Isola 2000 is head and shoulders above any resort to learn to ski but it also has plenty of challenging runs for the good skier. If you want your children to start skiing this is the place to come and the hotel to use. If grandparents are in tow there is no charge for a ski pass for anyone over 75! Great for me as I am 81! Hotel confortable et propre balcon ensoleille . Petit déjeuner correcte mais pas copieux: manque de choix . Point positif au pied des pistes et accueil sympathique , acces à la galerie marchande directe et parking . Tous est accessible à pied

Nous avons découvert cet établissement grâce à un jeu-concours qui nous a fait gagner la nuit et le petit-déjeuner ! La chambre était très jolie avec tout le confort nécessaire, avec en prime un joli balcon donnant sur les pistes ! Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et la salle est très joliment décorée, et chaleureuse ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! La Directrice Valérie est très sympathique et à l'écoute !

Mauvaise gestion relation client, personnel peu aimable. Réservation coussins supplémentaires précisés verbalement plus couette supplémentaires. Je viens d'appeler la réception de nuit. Il n'y a pas le chauffage. merci on est où du développement durable

Juste PARFAIT, je conseille vivement cet établissement. Bravo et Merci à Valérie et à toute son Equipe. Hôtel familial, calme, très propre et très bien placé. Parking gratuit juste en face de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner vraiment extra. Décoration superbe.

A FUIR…. Propriétaire Escros Ne jamais aller au druos La propriétaire veut me faire payer 550€ pour 2 jours de Location de ski au lieu de 188€ "car les propriétaires ont également sport 2000 à isola 2000" La propriétaire Ce croit tout permis, Prétextant qu’elle a l’hôtel le druos. Elle ce croit au dessus de tout le monde. Elle ce Permi de nous faire croire qu’elle peut nous exclure de la station "Comme ci elle lui appartient" Pourtant je lui est expliquer qu’il y a un problème, la propriétaire ce mais a taper sur ça caisse comme ci je voulais pas la payer. Conseil: éviter son Hôtel de Druos et son magasin sport 2000

quelle déception de se faire accueillir comme cela au téléphone. Personne de l'hotel pas agréable du tout quand vous essayez de réserver et de vous faire comprendre. trop de succès, ça doit etre cela ! Adieu Isola 2000 on ira ailleurs !
