Excellent Quality service, Location just short walk distance to 4 major site of beautiful Esfahan offer
Super friendly and helpful hotel staff, from beginning we check in, until we check out all the box are ticks.
Highly recommend this property for Iran experience in our short stay, it was remarkable.
If I may give only suggestion was to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu.
Definitely we recommend this property to our family and friends.
Everywhere in Iran to our experiences people are super nice and helpful.
Mr Hasan our transport driver from Esfahan to Shiraz was very polite, passion mature man. Try as much as he knows to explain everything each sites we pass through on the way to Shiraz.

攜程確認後，酒店發郵件告知沒有那麼多間房，衹能標間拆成2個單間，還要額外收費。我沒有同意，最後就給安排的特別特別小的單間，行李箱都放不下

Fantástico hotel boutique atualmente considerado o melhor hotel de Isfahan. Fiquei por 4 noites e estive em 2 quartos diferente: room Afsharieh, Ayne room/ Mirror room. Essa ultima é um sonho e recomendo a todos. O único problema é que fica ao lado do restaurante e você terá ruído até 23:00h e a partir das 7:00h da manhã, em especial se houverem turistas chineses (que são sempre muito barulhentos. o que foi meu caso). O restaurante do hotel é maravilhoso, os drinks fantásticos, os preços adequados e o atendimento excelente! O café da manhã é muito completo, inclusive para ocidentais. Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e gentis, sempre com um sorrido! E sabem seu nome e em qual quarto você está. O spa é lindíssimo e com bons preços. Só tive um problema no check out, pois não identificaram o pagamento da minha agencia de turismo, passaram a atender outra pessoa antes de concluir meu atendimento e só resolveram o meu problema depois de que eu e meu guia reclamarmos! Demorei 30' para fazer o check out, o que para esse tipo de hotel é inaceitável! Porém, recomendo o hotel.

I haven't been to Iran in 25 years. This place was highly recommended and I have to say it was absolutely wonderful. Ive never been to a place that had negative floors haha and I was on -2. It was cute and cultural. And better than everything else... The staff! So kind, warm and welcoming. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The 3 ladies Saba, Mahtob and Sahel were top-notch! Anyone that is lucky enough to be taken care of by these 3 ladies should consider themselves lucky. Thank you so much!

I definitely recommend you to go, it was better than I imagined, the hotel staff were polite, friendly and lovely. The breakfast consisted of fresh ingredients and completely natural juices, completely varied I saw with my own eyes when the guests were leaving the room, the sheets were changed and cleaned In the room, they had placed free mineral water, tea and food for reception They were a pleasant farewell when they left I would like to give my loved ones a stay at this hotel

It was a great experience and wonderful stay. Everything was over our expectations. Their hospitality was perfect and we will definitely recommend staying here, the staff were very professional and paid attention to lots of details which touched our hearts. We hope to come back.

Although we always stayed at Abbasi Hotel, we wanted to try a boutique, historical home, hotel this time ... and what a WINNER ! Utterly superb ! Dating back to the Ghajjar Dynasty from early 1200's SH (1820's AD), it's a fabulous find. Literally everything was excellent .... from the entire staff, professional, courteous, and always with a smile ... to the quality of the rooms (we had the Safavieh & Mirror rooms) ... to the quality of the food. To top it off, it is just a mere 5 minute walk from the Naqsh-e Jahan Square. Can't ask for more. There is absolutely no doubt we will stay there again on our next visit. My genuine thanks to the entire staff.
