Good stay except air conditioning did not work and room was too hot as a result of this.

The hotel is basic but clean. The food is very good and the waiters are lovely. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the main thoroughfare. The thermal spa's are good. My only gripe, and it is a big one, is that although it was very hot, the hotel did not want to put the air conditioning on. At first they said it was broken and then we were told that they don't put it on until 15th June. When they did eventually put it on, it was turned off at midnight, meaning that the room was very hot and difficult to sleep in by 12.30. We were provided with a fan, but it's not the same as air conditioning.

A really beautiful classical Italian hotel, with great food, amazing pools and excellent location! The staff are all dedicated to helping you to enjoy your holiday, the reception staff are so helpful and the restaurant staff are friendly and so efficient! The selection at breakfast is excellent with delicious cakes! The choices at dinner were endless, from tasty starters to wonderful main courses with ingredients of the highest quality. We had a lovely visit and hope to book 2 weeks next year 👏👏👏

Just coming to the end of a truly lovely week in this wonderful hotel. It is a taste of true Italian elegance, cool marble and a calm a**osphere despite scorching temperatures outside! The meals are a delight, served by happy, efficient and friendly staff. The welcome from Reception is warm, and all necessary information is given. The spotlessly clean rooms all seem to have balconies and though small, ours looked out over the pool and port. The thermal pools are well maintained and a real pleasure to use with aqua jets and a waterfall. The location is just perfect, right on the main street, with bars and up market shops all around, yet it is really quiet in the gardens! So convenient for the beach too, this hotel has it all! We intend to book for next year before we leave!

Hotel located on a Main Street in convent location to shopping and restaurants. The beach is behind the hotel mostly used by locals. The rooms are small and the air conditioner is pre set to 19F. Internet is not working for the US travelers and TV has one Chanel in English. Most guests are from Italy. The spa trea**ents are extra and you need to ask at the front desk. Food was average not much in vegetables .Good baked tarts. Would look for another hotel that offers more modern conveniences.

Floridiana Terme is ideally located between Ischia Porto and Ischia Ponte, along one of the main street with many shopping and dining options, and close to the sea. While not having a direct sea access (although there is a pathway that gets there in less than 5 minutes), it more than makes up for it with its large pool surrounded by trees, and the rooms with sea views are wonderful. The staff is lovely and breakfast a definite plus as their pastry chef whip up delicious options.

4 nights in Ischia. Average class peaceful hotel. Nice seaview room. Small pool where most of the beds were booked for the whole dai without any users.
