Hotel Cleopatra

Very friendly welcome at this small hotel on the outskirts of Ischia Porto. Our room, with a small balcony overlooking the pool, was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was brilliant. It was lovely to have fresh apricots and peaches at breakfast. We walked over 10k steps a day going to the beach and into town for dinner, so not a great location if you're not keen on walking in the heat! A taxi costs 15 euros for a five minute journey. Overall, a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is quiet, not on a main street. The hotel is mid point between Ischia Ponte and Ischia Porto. Both are an easy walk. The meals are nice. I would recommend half board. The pool area/pool is very relaxing.

It is an absolutely amazing family-run hotel! We loved every second spent there. The owners were amazing, very polite and helpful with everything. The location is in a quiet street but everything is within walking distance. I can't wait to go back.

5 star service year after year. This lovely family hotel is situated in a very peaceful area but not too far. Hotel has beutiful garden and extremely nice personnel. They clean rooms everyday. Hotel is old but it has been renovated. Air heat pump was necessary during extremely hot days.

Just back from a 5 night stay at this gem of a hotel. My first visit to Ischia so glad my daughter and I choose this hotel. Hotel is spotless, pool area very relaxing for a swim after a long day sightseeing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate you. The hotel in my opinion is in great location about 20 min walk to the port and about the same distance to Ischia ponte. Hotel is in Lovely quiet area very peaceful, I am already planning to go back with my husband next year and hopefully stay at this charming hotel

A - Absolutely, addicting and authentic endearing atmosphere. B - Best Hotel Experience and Customer Service. Breakfast buffet: a fresh and few selection of dairy products, cereals, cakes, jams, hard- boiled eggs, fruits, different kinds of juice well catered by the attentive Signora Barbara. Fresh bread, coffee, a plate of ham or mortadella and cheese are served on the table. Book half board which is highly recommended. C - Clean, charming, spacious and bright room 36 with a comfortable bed, small TV with many English ( great for us, English speaking guests) and German TV channels, balcony and garden view D - Delightfull to be assisted by Receptionist/owner , Michelle. E - Excellent, rejuvenating and enjoyable hotel stay. Extra pillows are available. Just inform your needs to Signore Michele. Voila, you get it from the housekeeping. F - First visit to Ischia inspired by the Neapolitan novels of Elena Ferrante. Food served in the evening is traditional Italian, varied and very well prepared. First course: anti-pasti, a selection of grilled vegetables and two mini-pizza slices, followed by 1st. course , a soup or pasta dish; 2nd main course- grilled fish or meat with vegetables and finally ends with a dessert of fruits or ice cream. G - Great choice. Great privilege to learn a few greetings in Italian from the very patient, owner Signore Michele. Thank you. German language is the next language spoken after Italian. English is a bit hit and miss but always fun. There´s always a lovely member of the staff who can speak and explain eveything. H - Housekeeping staff is very friendly , helpful and has a passion for good customer care. Home away from home. Help Signore Michele when you pay your bill before checking-out. Have enough coins and small bills so you pay the exact amount to be payed. I - Independent tables for breakfast and dinner assigned to the group of guests from the same travel agency. This gives a good chance to be independent from the group of people you travel with . J - Jewel of Ischia = Hotel Cleopatra which is surrounded with trees and flowers. A lovely friendly family hotel. K - Knowledgeable and attentive restaurant personnel, Signora Barbara, who with her warm comportment takes care of our varied inquiries, for example where the busstop is, which bus to take to Sant' Angelo…. L - Lap swimming possible daily in the well maintained pool. A beautiful and relaxing area. Local red wine served is Tifeo which is very good. M - Memorable 30th wedding anniversary "honeymoon". Million thanks. N - Not much sugar-free dairy products f.ex. yoghurt with maximun 4.5% sugar contents. Please include sugar free food and drinks in your restaurant and bar. This addition will make health conscious guests and Diabetics very welcomed in your hotel. O - Outstanding Guest Relations. P - Pool is filled with thermal water. Healthy for the skin. Perfect

Vriendelijke mensen. Allemaal. Kamers worden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ontbijt kan binnen of buiten. Goed verzorgt. fijn zwembad met zit en ligstoelen. En een bar. Dit alles in een rustige omgeving maar op wandelafstand van de restaurants. En anders eet je daar.

Das Hotel hat erstmal eine sehr gute Lage und ist ruhig gelegen. Was wir ebenso positiv fanden, war, dass es dort zu unserer Zeit keine Kinder gab. Diese Ruhe war unbeschreiblich. Auch das Personal war toll. ☺️ Allerdings waren wir (27&31) die jüngsten Menschen dort und ich würde mit einem Kind dort auch nicht buchen. Für Kinder gibt es nichts, was einladend erscheinen würde. Was uns negativ aufgestoßen ist, war der Pool. Man merkt sehr, dass kein großer Aufwand betrieben wird, um das Hotel modern am laufenden zu halten. Leider gab es weder bequeme Betten, noch einen Kühlschrank in den Zimmern, was ich bei einem 3Sterne Hotel dann doch schon erwarte. Alles in allem hatten wir dennoch eine schöne Zeit dort, würden aber nicht nochmal buchen. ☀️

Il titolo racconta un po di quello che abbiamo vissuto. È stato come fare vacanze in famiglia I titolari e il personale tutto da 10e lode. Se volete serenità semplicità e pochi fronzoli allora potete andare in questo luogo ma se avete la "puzza"sotto il.naso...prenotate in quelli 5stelle superior vista Paradiso. A presto!!!
