Premier Inn Inverness West

I don't hestiate to recommend this Premier Inn. Friendly staff, room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very good cooked breakast.

We were staying in Inverness for one night and chose this hotel for its location and parking needs Check in was quick and efficient and before you knew it we were in our room. The room it self was comfortable and bright and was ideal for our needs We had booked a dinner bed and breakfast package and I must say the evening meal was very nice with no complaints The breakfast on the other hand was not, the cooked offerings were cold and unappetising and most was left on my plate, the continental selection was depleted and had not been replenished even though the restaurant was not that busy and the orange juice was of the diluting kind which was not what I was hoping for. Would I stay again?, definitely but I would miss out on breakfast

I come for a stay a march, I have to give in to your staff the check in was quick and no fuss. Which is what you want after traveling.. the room was clean with TV. Bed where comfy. The food in the restaurant was beautiful had to wait 35 minutes but it was worth the wait

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff today! We had a long journey from Manchester with 2 children and arrived hours before the check in time and the staff, in particular Wayne could see that we were tired so allowed us to check in earlier! Thank you soooo much to you all. The room we were originally booked into had to be changed to accommodate our early book in but it was clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel, we booked Premier Plus Room which was lovely. Having a fridge was great too. Bedroom was lovely and clean. Bathroom was large and very modern. Check in was very quick, name asked for and room key given Receptionist didn't seem interested to upsell breakfast etc no times given for restaurant and bar. We weren't told to even put our car details in to machine to avoid additional parking charges. However we noticed machine at door away from reception desk and inputted. We had breakfast on the morning of check out and it was chaos,one male member of staff on shift the whole one hour we spent in the restaurant. Hot buffet breakfast could be better, food was hidden in away at back of restaurant in a wee very small space which seems crazy for a very large restaurant. It would make sense to have all the cooked items at the kitchen which was just across from this area. Constant queue of customers.waitimg for food to be replenished. Dirty tables everywhere it was a real shame that they didn't have enough staff on to cover a very busy breakfast service. We were shocked to go into the bar on the Saturday night to be told by the bar man that ot was last orders at 945pm?

Everything is in perfect order. Clean and tidy. Cheap hotel with good service and good conditions. Spacious restaurant, helpful staff. Especially the Waiter Callum very helpful and friendly. We are very satisfied. We recommend it.!!!!!

This is a decent hotel, but needs more money spent on maintenance and common theme with Premier Inn hotels, I’ve been to in recent times. The room we were in had dated old style furniture but had recently been painted and had a new headboard. That said bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly, parking was free and plenty. The beefeater next door is OK. We had 1 meal there and some breakfasts. There are plenty places to eat roundabout, especially if you have a car. lovely area

Staff members where not very helpful when we were eating in the restaurant and the elderly man of the party was choking on his food. We asked for a first aid member of staff to help and not one member of staff come to help they carried on walking over looking and walking away again. Other guests had to help us and ring an ambulance for us as no member of staff was willing to help us

Breakfast was a shambles and made to feel like we were trying to get the breakfast for nothing even though we paid on the first day. Heard of elephants in the room above for 2 nights running around till 1am
