The reservation was with payment on site. The host changed this one month before arrival and demented full payment. Then 1 day before arrival contacted me and said my place "has emergency" and need to move us to other"better place" . When checked in at 7.30pm( at night) the host send someone else to check in us and instead of apar**ent we got hostel style place with bunkbeds. Horrible place. No customer service offered in this case. Avoid this host . This is scam.

The apar**ent although in convenient location is in dilapidated condition. Badly needs a remodel. However, hotel Toscana staff was very cooperative and accommodated us elsewhere.
