"A little gem, a very unique place! The hotel is in an ancient building, every detail is well curated, it feels like a dream, unreal!
The common areas are beautiful, the staff was extremely kind and nice helping us and showing us around.
They welcomed us with a delicious afternoon tea which was the best way to start explore this amazing city.
The hotel is located in a perfect spot to explore the ancient city. Both rooms and common areas are very clean and silent.

"I chose this inn based on reviews, and it was just as good as everyone said. It's a Muslim-friendly inn, and the elderly couple who run it are very hospitable. They even proactively helped with luggage and provided complimentary high-quality bottled water. For seniors, there's a squat toilet option. The rooms have air conditioning, the bathrooms have 24-hour hot water, and housekeeping cleans daily, replacing toiletries. The small courtyard is elegantly decorated, giving guests a comfortable feeling. Having stayed for a week, I consider this the best inn of my trip."

"Highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Jianshui, the hotel has a traditional guesthouse vibe and is located within walking distance to the old city and Jianshui-Shiping train. Be aware that because of the traditional construction of the building there can be a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (doors closing etc) but personally this didnt bother me at all. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they looked after us, provided delicious breakfasts and even helped us to find a local guide to take us to Yuanyang Rice Terraces. Im very thankful to the Hosts and next time I go back to Jianshui I will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is very well located in the old town, the rooms are big and nice and the bed is perfect!
The 2 ladies managing the place are so friendly and nice to us. When we arrived, one of the lady gave us steamed sweet potato, an orange and some tea and we stayed for an hour eating with her. They don’t speak English but are incredibly helpful when we were using our translation app."

Our store is located in an antique inn in the ancient city of Jianshui. Nearby are Zhujia Garden, Confucian Temple, Study and Political Examination Shed, Chaoyang Building, and Osaka Well, which can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Pear blossom wood furniture feels the trend of distant times, while mousse mattresses feel the sleeping sensation in the clouds. The room space is large, with standard and single rooms having 1.8-meter large beds, arrow shaped bathrooms, 24-hour hot water for you to enjoy, large room space, dry and wet separation, toilets and squatting pits in the bathroom. The inn offers free parking, and public tea rooms and laundry rooms for guests to use, making them feel at home. Welcome to stay!

UUsuário convidadoWhen we arrived at the hotel, we were warned that they didn't have a room for us (even though we had a booking) and that we will be upgraded to another hotel. This upgrade management was a bit messy so we lost an hour and had to do some back and forth. However, the other hotel we were in was really stunning, one of the most beautiful we went to in China. The only thing to note is that because it was an old historical building, it was not soundproof at all and there were mosquitos in the room.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient, the courtyard is very cozy, and the 5 kittens were not allowed to be touched on the first day, but they came up to me on the second day. They are very cute😍The boss is a very gentle and considerate girl. She provides various conveniences for the guests, and the hygiene is meticulous. The clean cups are wrapped with plastic wrap. I have stayed in so many hotels and B&Bs, but this is the first time I have encountered this. Recommended to stay

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

LLBC123This Inn is very close to the Ximen (WestGate) and is just a few steps away from a popular local well. If coming from Railway Station, take the local bus (think is #19) to the terminal station, West Gate. From there it is just a 2minute walk to the inn. However, I find the East Gate is more busy and more convenient but u can take an electric trolley vehicle in West Gate to the Eadt Gate for just 3Yuan Just note that the toilet is a squatting type, at least my room is.

Not only the hotel staff is very attentionate, the hotel itself is a gem with its beautiful, large and well decorated rooms, the beautiful garden and the perfect location, a couple minutes away from the main street in the old town. We would definitely come back here.

Aalcart1000Location: perfect. It is in the Ancient village although not reachable by Tracy only 100 meters form a location.
Hotel: tradicional Chinese court yard with a cosy atmosphere at the entrance. With places to sit and relax. Option for teat and coffee. Also free laundry possibilities.
Room: big room with comfortable beds. Our room was at the back (no views but extremely quiet). Good hot shower. Room was re-arranged between nights.
Staff: young girl very friendly and helpful to help us to arrange tickets for next stop.

EEva13We had a great stay at his place. The location couldn't be better, tucked away in a small alley but right in the heart of the ancient town. The owners are very friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable! I'll choose the same hotel again next time I come to Jianshui!
