Staff was very friendly. But other than that, I do not recommend staying here. It has a general bad vibe and the rooms are dirty. Pillow cases had hair on them, bathroom was grimy, stains on the wall. It is also very noisy from outside traffic.

The breakfast that was offered is not what was listed. Property really run down since our last stay though it was clean and staff nice. Also purportedly smoke free but reeks of smoke

We stayed here for the last night of the Power Trip 2023 weekend and were impressed by the staff. Room was clean but very dated. It’s a convenient location for Polo Field festivals apparently as they have their own shuttle and also get a food truck to set up after the festival each night. The shuttle from this location is great and definitely beats the long walk in from the rideshare area. Really found all the staff at this hotel tried hard to be accommodating and caring.

Very dirty, the only thing they did was make the bed, did not even change our sheets. Left a dead cockroach under the desk after being asked to clean it. No batteries in safe. Bad customer service, seemed like they did not care at all

All the staff from the desk to the cleaning staff had been just wonderful and supplied us with everything we have needed & they have gone above and beyond to make our stay a positive one .

Inspected sheets there were stain also notice little bugs on the sheets & - hairs .. got my family and left .. did not really care about my Money I just won't go there any more .

The Super 8 has been extremely helpful when there was a big mistake with bookings and they are promptly making things right so I’m able to rest easy for the rest of my stay here. 😀
