yes the beds where comfortable the rooms where nice the lady's at the front desk were very respectful an nice overall I'd give the facility a 8out of 10 score rating

The room was dirty and outdated the pool was closed and no one seemed to be able to help, one the worst stays in my 43 years.

The shower valve was broken. No hot water. Asked to be moved. Desk delayed. Finally moved to new room. Bug in the room the next morning.

Hotel velho, móveis velhos, paredes e portas lascadas. Chuveiro péssimo, só agua fervente, sem pressão. Ar condicionado não funcionava. Hotel fede. Terrivel, fuja dele.

This place was super sketchy. They only allowed you to enter through the front main doors because they locked all of the others and only allowed them as exits due to homeless people sneaking in. The continental breakfast was closed due to needing a health inspection. We were literally the only guests there (minus a few people who live there?) and they needed to check our room to make sure it was clean before we went in (even though we were checking in a few hours late) and "if we weren't satisfied with that room, they'd give us another". What?!?
We told them we didn't feel safe to stay there with our children and asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere that night. They said we needed to go through ******* since we booked through them. ******* apparently needs permission from the hotel manager to give us a refund and have denied it. So now we paid for two hotels that night and travelled an extra 20 minutes to a better hotel that luckily had last minute availability with young children who were tired and cranky. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was clean, but the TV didn’t work. The fan on the AC was loud at times during the night, and we had to shut it off. Breakfast wasn't good because the biscuits were hard and the gravy tasted spoiled. The location was close to the highway and fast food restaurants.
