Swimming pool was closed. Sad. There were no information about it on this app when we were paying for the hotel. But everything else were on point. Stuff is very friendly and kind. There are cool sauna space with the outdoor hot tab. Gym looks not like on the pictures here but it’s nice. Rooms looks cool
It could 10/10 if not a swimming pool thing

The room is very huge and there is shuttle bus to send us to the airport. Very convenient! Me and my boyfriend also tried the outdoor hot sauna in cold weather. It was really really good. Best memories and experience so far in incheon.

The hotel was located at about 15 minutes ride away from the Incheon airport Terminal 1, very convenient and the shuttle service was good and punctual. I checked on their
website to see the timetable of the shuttle service and even called to make sure of it.
The room was upgraded with the ocean view- really pretty and relaxing! really appreciated!
Would love to stay again next time, only one thing i wish there were more food options for singles, i myself don’t enjoy the buffet, a bit pricey for a small eater, like me.
The sauna room was not available during the daytime due to its construction, but after 6 pm can be used.
Liked their surroundings, small beach you can take a walk while you can stay, but i didn’t, due to the cold weather.
Overall very good to stay for your early morning departure next day.

It is very terrible and worst hotel ever.
I don't understand that all swimming pool not free at all as 5 star hotel.
morning time and noon time different price without sun bed.
On top of that, You have to pay for sun bed as well without sun blocking umbrella. Only swimming pool

The hotel near airport only 15mins, shuttles bus service provided from airport. It is one of good choices for the transit passengers! The hotel room is nice but poor corridor lighting⋯⋯

Stayed a single night after a night flight. Pretty spacious in the room. However, it is in the middle of nowhere. Had to reach there using a cab since it’s late at night.
Has a shuttle bus back to the airport at certain timing.

My wife and I have stayed here twice. We love our room and the amenities. The service is excellent.
Our flight was 7:55 AM so waiting for their airport shuttle at 6AM would be too late for us so they got us a taxi at 5am, free service.
The food I would recommend is their fried chicken! It is the best fried chicken in Korea!
We also ran out of water and the concierge delivered free water bottles!
We've always came here as a jumping pad for international flight but next time, we will come here just for staycation!
