Amazing holiday in beautiful Alanya Lovely hotel, staff, entertainment, drinks. Absolutely everything Special thank you for Yagmur, Umut, Fevzettin and one more lovely guy by the pool who was serving drinks, you were absolutely amazing. So helpful, so nice, so friendly Thank you Bellboy Ahmet, you are absolutely amazing. All your service during our stay was amazing, it was so nice to meet you. And thank you for making holiday even better 👍 Worth leaving small tips $1 or €2 for staff, as they really doing them best after. They will bring your drinks, so you don’t need to stay and wait in the queue, they will clean your room even more nicely, they will make sure that you don’t have to worry about anything and just enjoy your holiday The food was lovely, drinks too The safeguard Sergei is really lovely and nicely guy ;)

The best hotel and staff ever, stayed for 6 nights with friends and husband and that was the best experience. Food amazing, drinks amazing. A big thank you to Umut, Yagmur, Fevzettin and one more love guy by the pool bar you were amazing, you made the best cocktails ever. Reception guys the best, thank you for the best service that we had. Ahmet was so helpful, so lovely, always smiling which made our stay even more better. There was not much entertainment unfortunately as the hotel just opened on 1st of April, but Hasan and his lovely friend made the best entertainment. They both absolutely lovely and helpful, and hopefully will see them again once back. As definitely worth returning. Safeguards always there, by the sea and by the pool. Special thank you for Sergei. Rooms clean and nice, food lovely, drinks amazing.

The first view was awesome:) the lobby the reception is nice both sides from a view and staff professional:) Everything was nice , food great, staff friendly. Wouldn’t rate as 5* but good place for family holidays. Only one - is kids space playground… so bad smell around that you don’t want to go in to it… food not to bad not perfect but simple , mostly same every day but can’t complain:) the bar area staff and reception bar are amazing friendly:) I have to mention Funda from lobby bar and manager Seyfi 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 recommend for family holidays

Great place to be. Lovely hotel by the sea. Friendly people. Amazing food place to be at 😃 there is two people that made our dinners enjoyable. Mehmet and tamer really good fellas always smiling and serving us good time best guys!! Thank you and Like turkish people say tacekur!!!!!!!!

**Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 5-Star Hotel** I feel compelled to write this review because, despite reading many positive reviews before booking, I believe this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating. I have traveled to 17 countries and stayed in various 5-star resorts and hotels, and the standards and service of this hotel are significantly lacking. Here are the key issues I encountered so that other potential guests can make a more informed decision. **Bar/Drinks Service** This was my main issue. There is no waiter service throughout the hotel, not even in the restaurants. Guests have to go up to the bar, order their own drinks, and carry them back to the table. The drinks are also terrible—no handmade cocktails, just pre-made bottles (like what you would give a teenager) that are 5% alcohol. The staff are all extremely young, with the pool bar bartender being only 16! Even in the nicer lobby bar, the cocktails are all made from pre-made bottles. This is totally unacceptable for a 5-star resort. **À la Carte Restaurant** Our experience at the fish restaurant was the tipping point that led me to write this review. My partner and I booked a dinner there, and while the sea-front location initially looked beautiful with petals on the table, we soon found 20+ ants crawling all over it and in the tapas food. I reported this to the manager, who simply wafted the ants with his hands while we were still seated. He walked away without offering any replacement food for the dishes with ants in them. I lifted the plate to find another 10 ants underneath. Despite reporting this again, the manager neither apologized nor offered us an alternative table. It was clear our table was above an ant nest, which could have been easily resolved by moving us. The next day, I woke up with five ant bites on the back of my thighs, which is totally unacceptable for a 5-star resort. Additionally, the waiter spent more time flirting with a guest than attending to us. The manager had to ask him four times to clear our plates, which he eventually did himself. This was highly unprofessional. **Room Cleaning Service** The rooms are “cleaned” daily, but they only change the bed sheets and do not touch anything else. When we arrived, there was mold in the shower that was not cleaned once during our 11-day holiday. This is not what I’d expect from a 5-star resort. They do not touch any items in the room, only change the bed sheets. **Rooms** The rooms are somewhat modern, but the balcony doors are made of old wood (I cut my hand trying to close one). The balconies are also tired and worn, in bad condition. Again, not what I’d expect from a 5-star resort. **Food** The food here is plain and bland, with no flavour or variety. On three separate occasions we were provided raw meat photo of one of the occasions attached. They have themed nights, but only a small portion of the food is themed, and again, not much variety. On our last day at the hotel, we saw three diffe

This is an excellent Hotel and Resort. The restaurant has a large selection of food that is freshly cooked and fruit like Water Melon that is freshly prepared. There is an outside bbq that cooks meat and fish every night also there are themed nights with food cooked and served outside. During the day there are several areas to get food, the outside restaurant serves freshly cooked pasta and pizza. The other area serves again freshly cooked Kebabs, wraps and burgers. There is also ice lollies and cakes available. The pool is very large and has a swim up bar. All the staff are very friendly and helpful , a special mention to all the pool Bar staff who work hard in the heat of the day, also the animation team who run the Darts,Water Polo, Volleyball etc The private beach has a blue flag award. The jet skis etc can be hired. A bid big thanks to Mike and others on reception who helped me with some problems I had with my transport. . One thing to avoid are the photographers they are not employed by the hotel but can be very persuasive to have photographs that are very expensive.

Very nice hotel , good food , nice vibe and Ahnet from receptions vas the best part ❤️ . He has a good vibe and nice smile , always here , where you need hem.. Restaurnat and bars was very clean , rooms clean. Nice pool and beach with sands , Animatours ap the pool 👋

The hotel was really amazing, the food was good and the staff was amazing. Especially Ahmet (the bellboy) who was always happy to help with a smile on his face as well for Kaya the receptionist who checked us in and out. By arrival the room was properly cleaned, but during our stay it could have been better (for us it didn't really matter, as we knew for example the hair in the shower was ours). We also experienced that the activities and shows of the animation team were only a few and not what we are used to, but that probably was because we came before the season really started. I could really recommend the massage, I took the medical one and the massage was really good and also helped with my back pain. We will definitely be back next year (if the prices will still be payable 🤪). Lots of love Big Chef & Chefin hahaha ❤️

Had a great time staying in this hotel.the hospitality was amazing and the staff were so friendly and hardworking, a special mention to the animation manager Ersin who made sure we were entertained every night and also Umut and Feyzettin for keeping us well watered , the food choices were vast and to be honest too much choice ! Great facilities all around and the whole resort was very clean , would definitely recommend!
