"We were happy with a family celebration in the hotel. Due to the large number of guests, several changes had to be made beforehand. All changes were made and confirmed quickly and precisely. Small things such as table reservations were carried out by the staff without any special request and without complaint. The various menus in the evening gave no reason for complaint, the food was sufficient and the eye could eat along very well. At breakfast, the only complaint was the stupidity of a young waiter. The fried egg we ordered was not served after the first, second or even third request. But the error was corrected with a sufficient apology from another member of staff. The rooms were clean, adequately equipped, and special pillows were brought to the room immediately. The bar was also flawless, the drinks appealing and delicious."

"Meu marido e eu estivemos no hotel de montanha por 4 dias. Reservámos a Junior Suite. Esta é muito elegantemente decorada. A cama é super confortável e sem pedaço, o que é muito vantajoso para a minha tamanho de 1,85m. A equipe de limpeza do quarto faz um bom trabalho. Se você quiser um limpeza intermédia, você pode depositar um mapa correspondente na área de entrada. É muito bom o pequeno-almoço e o buffet de noite. Há tanta escolha e não importa o que você escolher, gosta de super delicioso!! O pessoal é muito amigável. A localização do hotel é tão sonhador em uma montanha quase no meio da floresta, há um grande estacionamento e o exterior é super limpo e ainda belo. Como se pode ler, eu estou realmente entusiasmado com este hotel."

"We were in the hotel for 4 nights half-pension. Rooms convenient, clean, comfortable beds. Diverse breakfast buffet, extensive dining card. Very good connection to Wernegerode, Bad Harzburg and super location at the beginning of the Ilsetal for a walk on the Brocken. A great praise is to the staff, always friendly, expert and it was quite incredible what the kitchen and service has done with low occupation and high number of guests !!!!!! Good German kitchen. So simple, but sooooooo delicious!!! Spargel , Forelle, steak, it's not better. You're the DREAM-TEAM ....."
