Our tourist guide booked for us this hotel it’s a Nice hotel just don’t talk to the lady staff.. I tried to nice talking to them about the hotel information but the lady boss on the reception and I think and the lady on spa is not very accommodating Try to avoid them looks like the work here for a long time that’s why they’re attitude is like this.. To access the spa you need to take a appointment it’s very very complicated and the lady on the reception it’s not that nice so you will just leave.. We just arrived today bad reception but the hotel is still very nice I hope the management can do something to make they’re staff more accommodating..

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel and property, and the staff are excellent! A couple of constructive (negative) comments are as follows: there are no screens on the windows, so the bugs flew inside our room. We noticed this is a traditional in France, but this is a Hotel. As for the TV, there was only one (1) English-speaking station (BBC), which had poor reception. For a 5-star Hotel, there should have been more TV available. Lastly, the maid or cleaning staff did not clean the tube during our stay, which was numerous nights.

The ladies that worked during breakfast had nasty attitudes and acted as if they did not speak any English. It was so many people they were running out of food. Customers weren’t utilizing the tools to get the food or social distancing. One day I had to eat in a room on the other side of check in but mind you they weren’t keeping the tables wiped down on that side so clearly they were understaffed. The lighting outside the hotel was terrible and scary. I did not feel safe walking to my car when I was getting my luggage and I’ve attached photos for reference. The light you see is from my phone flashing to take the photo. The crazy part is there is a hotel down the street that is lit like Christmas but it’s sad Holiday Inn didn’t get the memo to improve their lighting as well. This is the second time I’ve had a non pleasant stay at an IHG hotel and I’m starting to wonder what is going on. In Amsterdam it’s always amazing service but between Frankfurt and Strasbourg it has been terrible. Perhaps the staff from Amsterdam could pay a visit to the aforementioned places and give them a lesson in customer service. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here it’s more like a truck stop place and most definitely do not waste your points like I did for a room.

Our tourist guide booked for us this hotel it’s a Nice hotel just don’t talk to the lady staff.. I tried to nice talking to them about the hotel information but the lady boss on the reception and I think and the lady on spa is not very accommodating Try to avoid them looks like the work here for a long time that’s why they’re attitude is like this.. To access the spa you need to take a appointment it’s very very complicated and the lady on the reception it’s not that nice so you will just leave.. We just arrived today bad reception but the hotel is still very nice I hope the management can do something to make they’re staff more accommodating..

The Chateau is a beautiful hotel and property, and the staff are excellent! A couple of constructive (negative) comments are as follows: there are no screens on the windows, so the bugs flew inside our room. We noticed this is a traditional in France, but this is a Hotel. As for the TV, there was only one (1) English-speaking station (BBC), which had poor reception. For a 5-star Hotel, there should have been more TV available. Lastly, the maid or cleaning staff did not clean the tube during our stay, which was numerous nights.
